This property is all about location. The rooms are tiny, but the pool, jacuzzi, and the beach make up for it! The bed & pillows are comfy, and I'm pretty picky. We enjoyed our night there.

My kids & i had a wonderful time. I booked last minute & got an amazing deal I couldn't pass up! The Facility was much cleaner than I expected.The employees were so very kind helpful and nice. The rooms could have used a bit more updating. Our refrigerator did not keep food cold and there was definitely a leak under the sink. The our bathroom was also strangely placed right near the entrance of the hotel door. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The room had a very musty smell to it. It looked clean and presentable just the smell was very strong. We bought some air freshener and that helped some. Absolutely LOVED the balcony and the beach view!! I would stay here again hoping to get a room with no odor.

This is an older Hotel but is clean and quiet. This is my second time staying here and will stay again. Especially liked being on the first floor steps from the beach!

Property is dated. Room was small and had a slight odor. Bathroom has no counter, and hot water tap at sink was stuck and almost impossible to turn on. Whole property is very tired.

Everything was great, couple of suggestions, Kleenex in the room would have been nice. Also our bathroom fan was extremely loud, room 331, and coffeemaker leaked water. Air conditioning beachside bedroom not cooling well even at 62 degrees.

The room smelt so bad we gagged when we first walked in the door. Literally smelled like someone died in there. We had to sleep with the balcony door open and it still was unbearable. All the front desk offered was spray to cover it up. If you can handle terrible smells it’s not a bad place but I will never be able to stay again.

This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. This was my first trip with just me and my son to PCB, as a single Mom my main concern was safety but this hotel has an atmosphere that just makes you feel safe and secure. It is tucked away on the quiet end of Front Beach Road and although it took a while to get to the busier sections of PCB the peace and serenity that this hotel offered was well worth the drive. I asked for a room on the top floor as my son loves the view and was given just what I asked for. The room was clean and welcoming, the view of the gulf was breathtaking and the pool area was very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the sun deck and the hot tub. The staff was nice both to me and my son! I truly have no complaints whatsoever, I am so glad we found this little slice of heaven and we will definitely be back!!!

Room had an odor to it. After checking in we got strong winds and rain. Water leaking in around AC unit soaking the carpet in the room by the bed. This place appears to be suited young spring breakers, parties. Checked out after 2 of 4 nights. Mgmt did provide refund for the last 2 nights.

Very nice stay, we did arrive on a day of a terrible storm and our beach view room flooded so we got upgraded to another room which was still with a beach front so we were very happy! Daily house keeping was lovely, as well as the little bar and restaurant next to the pool (very fair prices). We usually never stay in hotels and prefer to do rental homes or condos but this hotel changed our mind and I will be recommending to my mom who is taking a trip here in a few months!

Right on the beach. I think i read in ine review don’t get room 218 and I’ll be sure that’s what we were given after 219 didn’t have a tv. No hot water in 218. The only complaint I have is the wild folks on top of us. All night they were slamming doors, sounded like they were wrestling. I called the front desk twice and it seem to calm down for about an hr. It’s was horrible. But overall the property was ok for a weekend stay! A few steps from the beach was the best part.

OK - this is a weird review for me because walking in - i was like GOD NOOOOOooooooooooooo - the place looked like a scene from a horror movie - check in was fast however staff was very unfriendly. everything looked run down. then we got to the room and honestly it wasn't bad for the price. it was big - which is always a plus when you have kids, nice beachfront view, easy to walk to. good pool and hot tub. the room is definitely old - not updated but it wasn't awful.

I loved the HEATED pool and Hot Tub. Walkable entrance to the beach. The reef bar played good music and served ice cold beers. Only thing I didn’t like is I booked beach view but didn’t get private balcony. Room selections is tricky. Didn’t have hot water in room 334.
