We showed up and was transferred to a different hotel which was nothing like the hotel I originally booked. I can’t even begin to explain how rude the check in clerk was and how awful the hotel we were transferred to was. We booked a hotel on the beach with a view and balcony and what we got was a run down hotel across the street from the beach, no balcony, the room was disgusting with bugs everywhere and extreme mold. My kids woke up itching most the night. If we weren’t so tired and had other options we would have left immediately.

I’m all about a decent deal for decent price. Price was good. However hot tub was broke. Heater in pool was not working. That usually would not be to big of a deal but I booked expecting that. Also the beach was double red flagged so it would have been nice to enjoy both. Kids swam in pool but they would swim in any degrees lol. Hard to get someone to deliver send towels up and a new remote due to ours not working. Over all decent place, great location.

The staff during the night time is very very rude. Suddenly , at 3 am in the night , there was a leakage from the bathroom ceiling and entire floor was flooded. They suggested us to pack everything and move to other nearby properties. The staff also said you can sleep in the flood if you wish to. Very bad service, they didn't even acknowledge that we had to go through tough time at night but rather spoke very rudely.

Staff was amazing beach view was amazing but pool could have been cleaned and the Jacuzzi was disgusting so the fact that told me at check in that it was one but got to it and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time

I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite on floor 7 for 4 nights, 2 of wich was with a shower that only had cold water. Jacuzzi and shower had a lot of black mold, bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder or a waste bin in the bathroom. Window to the balcony was stained and couldn't see through it. First night I complained 3 times to the front desk about loud base at midnight from the room next door before it was finally handled. Pool was disgusting... I'm so let down and feel my money was so wasted staying here

One elevator was broke most of the time but at one point both elevators were broke and we were on the 7th floor. There was an oven but no pans to bake with. The kitchen sink didn’t drain. No one ever came to give fresh towels or take the trash. When I went to check in they had my phone number under a different name which they blamed on Expedia.

The room had black mold, broken doors and broken parts on the stove. It worked fine for a last minute reservation for one night but I would not recommend this hotel at all. I was a little scared and grossed out to stay. The pool is also freezing cold and not heated and the hot tub is not functional.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The room was disgusting. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the property opened & there were roaches. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn’t book beachcomber by the sea for my dog.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel property. First, I asked to pay in two installments so when I got to the date j would only pay half- they charged me the full amount; second, after driving 5 hours they are an hour and half behind on check ins; I wait by pool; then no towels, no hot water and no ice on property. The floors in the room were filthy- I cleaned them myself with the one bathmat they provided and Clorox Cleanup. I thought ok …I’ll head to the beach and saw lounge chairs there- only to find out they are $10/hr rentals doing was asked to move.. I work hard for a living and was really looking forward to a nice beach getaway. There was no food on property and finding breakfast was a challenge. Last but not least, the road in front of hotel was under construction full of rocks, potholes. The whole building was run down and dirty. The rates weren’t cheap either so overall..it was a “never again” experience.

The beachfront view was awesome. The road construction is a hot mess but not the hotels fault. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Overall a great trip.

Staff was not friendly when I called or at check in. I was not informed that the heater of the pool and hot tub were not working. My back was really looking forward to the hot tub after a 6 hr drive. Another guest came up and complained as I was finishing so that’s how I found out. Location was good. Took my kids for smoothies while my husband and I had a drink as the sun was setting, that’s was great until the bartender started smoking pot while we were still there and stunk up the hole place. No one else was around so it was obviously him.very frustrating for those of us that don’t want our kids exposed to that. At least we were finishing up, but still 10 more minutes and we would have been out of there for him to smoke as he pleases. No shower curtain in the room so we couldn’t shower. Wall falling apart in room but otherwise ok and clean. Overall mediocre stay with some frustrations. Night time was loud on the street until after 3 am, but that’s not hot hotels fault. Not sure if I would stay there again. Location and price were convenient.

Hotel was not prepared for the spring break rush. we waited an hour after check in for our room to be ready. Even after waiting it was not very clean. They refused to give us more than two bath towels when we had booked for four people to stay. They did not provide a fully stocked kitchen as advertised. Overall just disappointing and gross.

Property was right on the beach and the room was comfortable. The rooms weren't ready for many guest including ourselves until 1hr and 45 min after check in due to being understaffed for cleaning crews. Our cards stopped working the morning we were leaving which made going to the beach early that morning not possible. the TV remote for the TV in the bedroom of the master suite was missing the whole time. The staff acted like all of this was our problem to deal with. the lobby bathrooms were not clean at all. The pool was under construction which was a hassle to go around for beach access and a let down that we paid the price for a hotel with a pool/hot tub and didn't have one that was usable.

The bath faucet ran continually. Floors were so dirty you couldn’t walk around the room without having black feet. The balcony door had to be dead bolt locked to shut. There was no sugar or creamer for the coffee. The pool and hot tub were out of commission completely. There should have been a discount for that. It should have been advertised as that too. Rooms were not ready until like 9pm and check in was 4! Really should have gotten some of a refund for that too! Sheets were damp. Toilet paper wasn’t changed. The lady at the front desk was so nice though. Both of them at night and morning. But definitely don’t judge a book by its cover because it looks a lot better than it is! Wasted money.

Our room had not been cleaned properly. it was missing several basic supplies. The room was "beat-up" and had not been upgraded. The two outside doors did not fit properly. When the wind blew at night it whistled in the room. The inside door was broken and would not close. The deck had not been cleaned in quite a while. Basically, this property needs a major upgrade!!!

When we checked in and got in our room, there was no hot water. No remote for the tv's. No linens for the pull out bed. There were wires hanging out of the wall where the smoke detectors were supposed to be. The pool looked like a swamp. If you walked barefoot on the carpet you were instantly black. It smelled horrible. One bed was completely broken. It was late so we stayed that night. Woke up the next morning and still no hot water until 11:30 when I checked out to go to another hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They did not refund the first night, even though there was no hot water and all of the other issues. Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. There are plenty of other nice hotels for the same price to stay at in PCB.

The property didn’t have enough parking and you had to park across the street. However, the roads were under construction so you got your feet dirty just getting to your vehicle. The roads were all under construction. They stayed that they had a heated pool and spa however, it was out of order. The staff was very friendly and helpful l. Unable to use what we expected and that’s not the staff problem. That’s an owner problem. We could have booked somewhere with all amenities available.

I couldn't get any hot water in my room for the three days I was there. They said they always have issues with the water in the room I was in, as well as another. Then why rent them out until it's fixed? Pool and Hot tub were both out of commission, that would have been nice to have been notified of.

I called and asked for an early check in, which was not available, but they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk which was helpful. However, when we went to check in at the normal check in time, there was not a room ready for us. We had to wait 45 minutes to get into our room. The pool and hot tub were also not in service and there was no prior knowledge of this. The people next to us were partying all night so we kept waking up. We were told that we could have a late check but housekeeping showed up at the normal check out time (and we’re obviously not made aware of this).

This was not a 5 star hotel. The rooms weren’t anything special. The staff was rude. They tried to charge my credit card 24 before arrival. They didn’t wait till I actually arrived. I am terribly disappointed.

Need a good cleaning even though it's old and inexpensive it can be cleaner. Key card stops working at 9:30am and check out at 10:00am make sure you leave door open when removing your bags from room back to transportation.
