Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience, Samantha. We have the carpets deep cleaned on a regular basis; they are stained not dirty. The room is scheduled for painting this winter. The sheets are professionally cleaned by a cleaning company and rolled tight and placed on the bed directly, so it would be very surprising for anything to get on the sheets. There may have been a stain that was set in on the sheets, and we try to catch all stains, but sometimes we miss them. We apologize for that and hope to have a chance to impress you in the future!

Unfortunately, when the property is close to full capacity the elevators can present issues, and we are unable to assist as the HOA maintains the elevators.
