“best time ever”
Very Very nice. And the staff was awesome plan on returning soon.
“Wonderful stay”
Had a fantastic time on our girlfriend golfing holiday. The Desert Willow Villas & golf course were wonderful. Service was friendly & efficient. Condo was great (though) did not spend much time there. We will be back.
“excellent stay”
This is an excellent choice for people that bring children with them. Not only there are separate rooms for parents and kids, there is also a kitchenette which is very convenient for breakfast, snacks etc. The hotel itself is designed to fit the natural surroundings and in our opinion it was done with great taste. There are barbques around for preparing your own meal if you please, the buildings are spread in a way that there is privacy and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing that I wish I had known is that they do not replenish the toilitries, towels and do not change the sheets unless you stay over a week or unless you pay extra... we did not mind because we are green and we are all for saving the earth.... but we would have liked to know in advance.

wonderful hotel with fantastic and accommodating staff. one draw-back was the perfume smell being pumped into the lobby - not a good place for those with scent sensitivities.
“Great vacation in Palm Desert”
Our trip was great! The villas are beautifully decorated and we spent hours on our balcony watching bunnies and golfers. We had a premium unit, lots of space to spread out. Nice pool area and staff were amazing. Best place we've stayed in Palm Desert. We've stayed at Mission Hills, Hyatt, Esmeralda etc. We would absolutely return!

“Great Vacation!”
Had a great family vacation with two kids age 10 and 12. The place was very quiet this time of year in January and the kids loved having the pools and teen rooms almost to themselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately would stay there again.
“Inconvenient Layout with Long Hot Walks”
While a lovely Westin high-quality project. The layout of the property was very inconvenient. My room was a one mile walk from the pools/bar/lobby. If I wanted to get a sun tan on a lounge chair it was a mile walk. While at the pool area it was 200 yards to a restroom. The parking lot was jammed with cars, narrow and not laid-out well. No dinner on-site of any kind. The room was very nice, completely sound-proof, never heard one noise from the floor above or below. The cleanliness was excellent everywhere and the help were very courteous. I ended-up daily driving to the pool with several bags packed and camping there for the day to avoid the long walk back and forth to my room. The morning water aerobics was fabulous which included a nice after breakfast. Nice list of planned activities for all ages.
“Awesome Hotel”
My wife and son and I stayed here whilst on route back to the UK from New Zealand. Although it is a 2 1/2 hour drive from LA its worth it. The hotel complex is amazing!!! Even if you're not a golfer the hotel suits your needs. Its staff were very professional and personable and were always on hand to help (when you need an emergency doctors appointment for a 10 month old!!!) Our one bedroom apartment was extremely well equipped and spacious. It was great having a kitchen with all its appliances as opposed to a standard hotel room! The surrounding area is pretty and very easy to navigate but you do need your car to get to most places off the resort. With outlet malls and local attractions a short drive away this is a place not to be missed.
