“Great Deal in the Desert”
Staff were very friendly and accomodating, providing me with shuttle service and tips on where to go and eat. Nearby restaurants had good food and service as well. Only negatives would be that the hotel has exterior entrances and paper-thin walls. Hotel location is nice- just on the north end of the main strip of town. With two pools, two hot tubs, a sauna, steam room and exercise room, plus a continental breakfast, fridge and microwave in the room, plus Wifi, what more could you ask for at this price?

We had a wonderful time at Shilo Inn. It was close to downtown and restaurants. Was at ideal location. We will definitely come back here for all our palm spring vacations as we often come to palm springs! And I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The first time we went was last year, one of my co-worker tell me about this Hotel, and since then i really liked it, good service very clean. My kids had a lots of fun specially in the pool. We are planning to go back next year for summer.

The rooms were nice and clean. They had a great breakfeast in the morning which was free. They also had a steam room and a sauna. It was a great hotel.

Very comfortable room, great front desk service, very clean grounds area, pools for adults only is great, pool for children also very good idea, lots of free parking, free breakfast had a variety to choose from. also shuttle service to town (2 miles), very convenient & free. One mile to Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Everything was very clean in room. Comfortable bed. Grounds well maintained. The jacuzzi was great.

The location is great with beautiful views of the mountains. The adult pool and kids pool is a great idea. We love the steam room and sauna. It's a very clean hotel and nice grounds. Me and my wife are in the hotel industry and plan on coming back again.
