Wi-Fi was not included with our stay. Disappointed as that is almost always included with other stays. Otherwise would absolutely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, I loved the little stream and garden areas, they have gorgeous flowers everywhere. We were there for a concert, and the resort was close and convenient. Everyone we encountered that worked there were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had a real coffee maker!! Yay! I totally enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others.

We picked WorldMark Indio because of price and to try something different in the area. Note, Indio is at least a 30 minute drive from Palm Desert or Palm Springs. The condo was spacious, clean and had a great view of the lake. The swimming pool was one of my favorites. We wanted to stay an extra night, however, with Coachella starting on Friday, that was not possible. We did fall for the time share pitch, but it paid off. We were told we could get up and leave after 90 minutes no matter where they were in their presentation - and we did. The freebies that came with the presentation were well worth it - dinner gift certificate at a restaurant in Palm Springs (one of the best we have ever been to), Living Zoo entrance and one round of golf at the course on the property. We would definitely return to this resort. I wish we could have stayed longer!

A perfect place for our family of 4. The suite was large and quiet. We loved the pools, lazy river, and playground. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is nice but limited eating options at the resort. Staff is not very friendly at the shop to buy food and convenience items. The sales people promise a lot but under deliver.

The room was very poorly stocked with kitchen basics. If we wanted to make our own food it was a challenge. The icemaker was broken, handle on kitchen sink was very loose, shower faucet was also very loose. Disappointed that the rec room charged to use anything, even paddles for ping pong. As expensive as this place was, thought that should be included.

This is great property, just be aware that it is a time share and they will try to sell you on that as soon as you check in.

Great property for family. Pool gym basketball court and driving range were fantastic. The older gentleman in pro shop working the cash was rude. Would love to stay here again.

Room 5107 on first floor was good but the room above had a squeaky floor or bed that I could hear every time I was in the bedroom. They need to fix that.

I am not a Wyndham partner. I'm a mother with a kiddo on a short vacay. Well maintained property. Lots of picture opportunities and selfies. Safe. Near lots of everyday conveniences within a mile. I avoided the sales concierge. We loved the balcony overlooking the pond and ducks.

WorldMark Indio was amazing!
Check in was good and because we had read about the potential for the time share marketing, I was ready for it, and got through it quickly. Other than that, everything about the resort was amazing. Terrific property and pool and lazy river. Amazing condo and quiet nights sleep. It was perfect for us!

Pushing timeshare requests at check-in set a bad tone for our visit. Super nice resort but shouldn't need to say "no" to a request for sales presentation three times.

When we arrived the person at the gate could not find our reservation and was quite rude. Finally we got in and it took 4 people to find our reservation. The grounds are very nice, the unit we stayed in was great. They didn’t tell us house keeping was not included though. It felt like they were more interested in selling timeshares. The facility is far from anything. It is great for families though and the price was very good.
