Property Amenities
Casitas are situated around courtyards or pools. Paths meander among the one-story structures, connecting the fitness areas, recreation activities, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Evenings at La Quinta often feature live music and entertainment on the Plaza, located near the restaurants and an artificial waterfall.
Treatments at Spa La Quinta include the Celestial Shower (a private outdoor massaging shower), the Citrus Soak in a garden tub, and massage designed for golfers.

Rooms
The 796 guestrooms, spread throughout the resort, offer views of the main or small pools, the Santa Rosa Mountains, or the manicured gardens and lawns. Many rooms include private patios or balconies, and all rooms have outdoor lounge chairs and tables.
Each room offers cable TV with pay movies and video games. Other amenities include high-speed Internet access (included in resort fee), minibars, and safes (some laptop-compatible). Bathrooms have lighted makeup/shaving mirrors, terry-cloth bathrobes, double-sink vanities, telephones, and Spa La Quinta toiletries.
Dining
Morgans - Fine-dining restaurant with bar. It serves dinner and offers al fresco dining. Reservations required from November to April.
Adobe Grill - Regional Mexican cuisine in a casual setting. Indoor and outdoor seating. Live jazz, mariachi music nightly. Located on upper floor of the indoor/outdoor Plaza.
Spa Bistro - Health-conscious menu. Located next to Spa La Quinta and pool, with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lunch daily.
Coffee Market - Starbucks coffee, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, frozen yogurt, sandwiches, salads, pastries. Located on lower level of the Plaza. Open daily.
Clubhouse dining - Three clubhouses adjacent to the golf courses offer breakfast, lunch, and an all-day bar with views of the courses and mountains.
Twenty6 - Vibrant ambience. Open daily.
Recreation
La Quinta has two main pools and 41 small pools. Five championship golf courses are a five-minute walk or two-minute golf-cart ride from the resort. La Quinta Resort Dunes has been rated by the PGA as one of the toughest courses in the United States. Golf Magazine rated the 16th hole at the La Quinta Resort Mountain course as one of the 500 best in the world. Other courses include the PGA West Stadium Golf Course, the PGA West Nicklaus Tournament Course, and the PGA West Greg Norman Course. Guests receive priority status and may book up to 120 days in advance.
La Quinta's fitness center offers cardiovascular machines, free and controlled weights, and daily yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes (surcharges for classes).
Mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding in the Santa Rosa Mountains are within five miles, and airplane sightseeing is available at the Palm Springs Airport, 19 miles away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 20 miles from the resort.

“Felt like a movie star”
We were able to stay at La Quinta Golf Resort and Spa because it was July and the rates were great. It was a beautiful place to stay. We loved the beauty of the resort and the area. It was so nice, we felt like movie stars.
“Great experience, accomodating staff”
We had a great time at La Quinta. We went in a group of 3 couples and wanted to be close together. The staff relocated us to a three room suite with a semi-private pool. Everything was great. The only negative would be the bed which was very bouncy and not very comfortable.

Overall it was wonderful, beds were very confortable, room was great, hotel staff very helpful attentitive, and helpful
“Great get away”
We visited during the week in September. The property was beautiful, the room very comfortable, and the staff helpful. Due to the time of our stay, we ended up having one of the pools to ourselves for three days. It was extremely relaxing, and we can't wait to return. Based on some of the other reviews, we almost selected another hotel, but very happy that we ended up here. The pools were exceptionally clean as were the room and rest of the property. We did follow the advise of others regarding cost of room service so didn't use it or the on-site restaurants.
“Spent 35th wedding Anniversary at La Quinta”
My husband and I spent 7 days at this resort it was a very wonderful trip. We loved the hotel we stayed in a deluxe casita, no elevators no crowds in September, we had the pool to ourselves and the rooms were very quiet with comfortable beds and a very large room with a wonderful bath tub and shower. The staff was excellent and very nice. The weather was very hot but we expect that in September. The golf was excellent and the staff takes you to the golf courses. The food was wonderful but very expensive to eat at the resort all week so we ate in the town several times. We highly recommend Hogs Breathe in old town Laquina. We had a couples massage which was awesome the grounds and flowers were well maintained and beautiful with over 1200 employees working at the resort. The shops were very nice Tommy Bahama, Brighton, Audreys closet and many more most of all we loved having Starbucks on the Premises since we are from Seattle. We will definately stay here again and hopefully bring the kids and grandkids since it is a great family place. Thank you LaQuinta for making our anniversary very special.
“Wonderful Resort!”
This resort was perfect for a girl's week-end. We wanted to go where it was hot and could hang out by the pool. We ordered ice twice to be brought to the room and they were very quick. The mini-fridge could have worked a little better but other than that, it is a lovely resort.
“La Quinta”
LaQuinta is one of my favorite hotels in the world. It is beautiful, the surroundings are breathtaking and the service is supreme. The rooms are just heavenly. This time, we stayed in Rm 969 which was just a world away from, even the rest of the resort. We LOVED it. It was private, quiet, beautifully outfitted and just what we needed.

This is a very serene and relaxing place.
“Palm Springs Gem”
Bright, Beautiful and Relaxing. I stayed just a one night but it was the most relaxing 36 hours I've had in a while. The grounds are beautiful. I believe the man who checked me in said it was about 45 acres. Pools, fountains, fruit trees and tennis. The bed was firm, loaded with pillows. The room was bright, odorless and clean. The bathroom was large, with a dual sink and fantastic tub.
“Classic Palm Springs-area retreat”
Beautiful gardens, architecturally significant buldings, tournament-quality golf, great restaurants, multiple swimming pools, friendly staff, terrific fitness center.
