Adjacent to the Indian Wells Golf Resort, Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas and Spa is four miles from El Paseo shopping, and 16 miles from downtown Palm Springs.
Dining options include a California grill offering outdoor seating with mountain and fairway views, a casual lounge with multiple TVs, a lobby coffee shop, and a poolside café.
A palm-fringed pool garden includes an adults-only pool with rental cabanas and two children's pools. Three tennis courts provide complimentary play, and Camp Hyatt offers supervised activities for children ages 3-12 (surcharge).
A popular place to hold conferences, the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas and Spa offers more than 88,000 square-feet of multi-faceted meeting space including an outdoor gazebo. A staffed business center (surcharge) is on site, and use of wireless Internet access is included in the resort fee. On-site parking and valet parking are available (surcharge).

Espresso Deli & Café - Lobby coffee shop. Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, pastries, box lunches, and dinners to go. Open from early morning to mid-evening.

The Hyatt's landscaped, palm-fringed pool garden houses two children's pools with water slides and splash fountains, as well as an adults-only pool with private rental cabanas featuring ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs, phones, and bar service. Also within the garden are two freeform pools, an oval pool, and a spa tub. A pool hut provides complimentary towels, water games, and floats; sun-care products are available for purchase.
The resort's three complimentary tennis courts can be reserved within 24 hours of play, and lessons are available (surcharge).
Located in the Agua Serena Spa, the 24-hour health club offers a sauna, steam rooms, and fitness equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes, stair machines, free weights, and weight-training machines. Yoga, Pilates, and other classes are complimentary.
Open to children ages 3–12, Camp Hyatt provides year-round educational and recreational activities (surcharges). Use of resort bicycles is complimentary during guests' stays, as is equipment for bocce ball, croquet, and table tennis.

“Highly recommend”
This hotel offered everything I was looking for. The room we were given was extremely well laid out for two people who are not a couple with several steps between the area for each bed. There was a lovely balcony with a pleasant view and many different pool areas to choose from. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the mountain views from the pool were excellent. Also, they have a very well-equipped gym.
“Beautiful Indian Wells Oasis”
Besides the friendly and helpful staff, the hotel and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I also like the fact that they offered at lot of activities to the hotel guests. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great adult pool. Very quite and relaxing. Pool service a little slow.
“Caters to families, singles and couples ... and a spa”
For a weekend stay where there were lots of children, this hotel was able to provide differentiated service to spa clientele. Room was spacious and comfortable, and the adult pool very nice. Music perhaps too loud, but otherwise relaxing. The highlight was the spa. One pays $18 per night as a resort fee, and this includes spa access. Service level was high and facilities top notch. Defintitely recommended. I would go back in an instant.
“Outstanding Service”
Hotel staff was professional and level of service was outstanding. I felt that we got a good value for our money and I would certainly return for another visit. The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way, which didn't matter to us since we were using all of the hotel amenities, anyway. If strolling through downtown Palm Springs is your intention, then you'll need to first take a 15 minute drive to get there.
“Good for the price”
The rooms have been recently renovated and are large and clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Pools are nice with good pool side bar service. Spa a little on the pricey side. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. One side note- this is a family friendly hotel(lots of kids)!
“Nice hotel, but....”
When we arrived we asked the valet if there was self parking available (save $22/day), he said there was but gave me incorrect directions to get to it. After I found the self parking, which is not labeled, we arrived at our room where the smell of cigarette smoke filled the hall. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. We called the front desk and they relocated us happily. The hotel was very nice. Lots of games and water play. The staff, with the exception of the parking valet, was very curious. Overall I gave the hotel a 5. I would definitely go back, and I would recommend it to friends.
“Totally relaxing!!”
We just returned from a four night stay, and our only wish is that we had a few days more. Everything was perfect. Our room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable. The spa and pool areas were amazing. We had a package that included breakfast, which was amazing...
“Would Definitely Stay Again”
We had a great time at the Hyatt. All of the staff that we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Pool service was great. I would certainly return for another stay at the Hyatt.
