“Above and Beyond”

While I expected a luxurious, comfortable bedroom, I did not expect the suite-like entrance that included two couches and a television; the mini-kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator; and the separate vanity-sink and mirror right in the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast was prepared to order, and each guest received 2 complimentary open-bar drinks.

“Excellent Service”

Had a very nice stay at the hotel. Special Thanks to "Kenny" the bartender at the Mgr.s reception!! Each time i have stayed there he has given great service and given a few laughs with his "Special." Wonderful servicefrom the front desk and evening mgr. too! Bar in restaurant was very slow with service and my wife and i walked out without ordering anything. Spoke to front desk person and shortly after the evening mgr. contacted us and "fell on the sword" for the hotel. Gained lots of respect for him/them!

“Wonderful Family Getaway”

Great location. Amenities were very good: gym, pool, reception hall, restaurant. Hotel needs updating. Bed very comfortable. Embassy suites always meets expectations and sometimes meets more. Exceptional staff. They worked effortlessly and always smiled. Great job!!!

“Excellent Hotel !”

Embassy Suites Hotel Palm Desert, Love It ! Clean, Kids friendly, great staff, good breakfast. I had an excellent times staying in the hotel, very relaxing. Planning coming back on Labor Day weekend.

“Great place for golf trips”

We chose the ES for its exceptional HOT breakfast in the mornings and its happy hour....free beer on Monday Night Football?!?!? Thats a deal! We have stayed in several ES and this one is no exception. Great ambiance, nice staff, good food, pool was nice(at least its what my wife told me) and close to the golf courses in the area. The only miff was the happy hour, which was supposed to start at 530, started almost at 6 and they only staffed one bartender with 50 people in line. Overall, great bargain for your buck!

“we stayed at the embassy suites in palm desert”

We had an amazing time, it was our second trip to the same hotel. We stayed in the same room as we did the first tine which was so fun. It such a cute hotel and if we could we would come back every month.
