I loved this classic, classy hotel! It is located in an incredibly central area with easy access to downtown, the airport, etc. but once you are inside the gates, you are in a quiet, beautiful, leafy green enclave!

I love that place. It’s charming, beautiful, fun and relaxing at the same time. The restaurant needs some major attention. The menu is tiny, food is beyond average (yet expensive) and there are almost no options for plant based folks. Even my husband, who is not plant based could not eat the food there.

The hotel has an update classic resort vibe. Friendly staff, lush grounds, outdoor fireplaces, restaurant on property and complimentary bikes with helmets. A nice personal touch was an engraved name plate on your hotel door.

Loved this charming Palm Springs Hotel, felt very homely & would definitely stay again. Staff very welcoming & helpful. The glass of champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Classic Palm Springs charm, the pool area was great with big lounges & hot tub.

Not as cool as it thinks it is.
Pretty hotel lacking basic amenities. Clearly renovated motel, rooms are drafty and walls are paper thin (I could hear the guy in the next room cough in bed). Restaurant is wildly overpriced for mediocre food. Had to call multiple times for staff to come help adjust thermostat.

The staff are amazing, really the customer service is unmatched. The ambiance is old Hollywood. The bed was super comfy. The food, especially the dessert was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

A little bit of heaven
I love this hotel so much. A little bit of paradise tucked away from the main strip. The pool and jacuzzi are divine and the bar is lovely and a great place to meet new people. I’ve stayed here twice now and I’ve loved it both times. The one thing I would say is that the restaurant has gone downhill, unfortunately and it took a really long time for the hot water to come on. But the fireplace made up for everything and I would suggest having drinks but eating elsewhere! I definitely recommend this tranquil and serene hotel!!!

Beautiful room, very comfortable beds, great fire pit areas. It was a bit quiet when I was there but staff was lovely and helpful and I enjoyed having the place to myself! The design aesthetic is great and so very Palm Springs! I personally loved the door name plate that you can bring home as a souvenir! Nice touch! I’ll be back.

This is a fantastic little oasis to hang by the pool all day and just relax. We didn’t eat at their restaurant but the poolside drinks were good and reasonably priced. Very short walk to downtown (I recommended Tac/Quila if you like Mexican food, walkable in 5 mins from the hotel). Special mention for the lady on the front desk, Brandy. She was AMAZING. Super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Great place to relax!
Beautiful and well-appointed hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. The room was spacious, luxurious and clean. The pool area is a great place to relax, and the food and cocktails are delicious. We enjoyed a massage in the spa. The location is central to all the restaurants and shopping of Downtown Palm Springs. Great place to stay!

Fabulous stay!! Property is intimate and the perfect unwind and relaxation destination. Pool I wonderful with relaxing music… this resort is predominantly couples which was also nice. The perfect get away from the hustle and bustle! Poolside restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner was terrific! Staff were all so friendly and helpful! We were so impressed we are planning a return stay in December (pool is heated!) Six stars!!

The poolside staff was extremely slow, it would be an hour or more sometimes to flag a server down. The daytime manager at the hotel has a very stern and unwelcoming tone in her voice which made me felt a bit odd. Everything else was fab. But if you are looking for service for paying this amount of money I would look into other hotels/ boutique hotels. Seemed very short staffed.

Very poor value for money New Year’s Eve the bar was shut by 10.30 We had to upgrade the room on arrival the room was small and dark cost use a further 400 per night , and old and worn out in general, picturesque grounds in photos carried our initial booking, wall paper in bathroom old and pealing , minimal storage for hanging , 600mm rail for two people for 10 nights hotel had to go out and buy a rolling rail. More like a 3 star. Double charge for all the food and drinks on site.
