“Going bac again next year”

went for coachella weekend and it was very comfortable and pleasurable. nothing what i expected. Im actually looking forward to book my trip again next year to this same hotel for that weekend.

“Worked for me”

Easy to find, easy access to freeway, no muss, no fuss. Clean. A/C worked. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional.

“A comfortable place to sleep”

this is my 2nd stay at this hotel. I did not have high expectations so was not diappointed. It was the only room available so close to the concert I was going to. That being said, the room was very clean and besides the air conditioner being very noisy I slept well. I didn't use the fridge or microwave but I did use the iron and it worked fine as did the tv. No plumbing problems. Plenty of hot water in shower. Was only in room for about 10 hrs total. I was on the 2nd floor and didn't see an elevator so lugged the suitcase up the stairs. I didnt eat there, slept in and left throught the back entrance. It was a very quiet place ! the mgr told me to let him know if I wanted to use the jacuzzi and it would take 15 min to warm up and I saw a sign that said the pool may be dirty due to high winds. It was indeed very windy.

“Good Value for the Money”

We had three people and our room had three queen size beds, and was very spacious. For the money it was a good value. The room had a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

A bit more breakfast please.....and need to really scrub the tubs better. The owners and employees are awesome!! Very nice!! Bed was super comfy!

“Acceptable to catch some ZZZ's”

Cons~ Paint chips in bathtub. Did not shower there. Pros~ Room close to ice machine and exit. Bed was comfortable and room had microwave and refrigerator. Fair value to crash after a great concert.

“WORST HOTEL EVER”

I am actually very upset with the hotel service and I woulda like a refund. The clerk was nasty and rude, didn't provide me with a receipt for the extra charge he gave me for my third person present. As well as that the sheets were beyond dirty and had brown stains on them. The continental breakfast had old cereal, hard boiled eggs and toast. No hospitality and upon check out the clerk followed my friends and I to the room and threatened to call the police because we were taking our things out of the room. He was constantly saying he had a policy but when we asked to see this policy there was no documentation. I was very stressed and anxious being in that hotel room, room 232, for there was a bolt missing on the latch lock. I would really like my money back from this trip, it was beyond stressful and unpleasent. The least bit of the best in america.
