“Good value for money”
A small but comfortable self catering style Hotel literally across the road from the beach. Large comfortable bedroom with en suite bathroom. Large flat screen TV with numerous TV channels but no BBC world !! The room included a small kitchenette area with electic hob, micro wave, a small fridge and coffee maker - all perfectly adequate for preparing snack meals although there are enough restaurants/cafes/burger/pizza places within a short distance. Really nice pool and sun lounge area. When we stayed the manager had just started providing a continental style breakfast included in the price as an experiment. Plenty of juice, coffee, fruit, yoghurts and various buns and muffins all under cover at the back of the hotel. This was a great way the start the day and get to know the other guests without the fuss of having to shop for breakfast things. I hope he keeps it going. Overall a very good value hotel.
“charming and quiet little jewel on the beach”
I checked the reviews before booking this little lodge and gotta tell you - people are giving it a high mark for a reason.Small, very private and quiet place with decent size modern room, useful kitchenet, comfortable bed, heated pool and management trying hard for you too feel at home. Breakfast may seam to be rather light, but I did not go hungry. If you arrive late at night -make sure you give a call to a hotel manager and the keys will be waiting for you. Overall - the best hotel for the money I had in 30 years. And just across the road to the public beach. Enjoy it.
“a gem”
great location especially if you love the beach or are a runner/walker.beach towels and chairs are available to borrow for the beach Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. pool is clean. nice continental breakfast is served. rooms usually don't get cleaned until a little late in the day in case that matters to you.Parking is tight especially if you return late at night. I will definitley be back.
“Comfortable stay”
We were looking for an affordable place that had beach access and we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room was clean, the towels were fluffy, the linens were nice {although the box spring squeaked}, the kitchenette was a plus and having a sitting area in the room made our week-long stay comfortable. If you are looking for glitz and glamor, this is not it. If you are looking for a great place to hang by the pool, cross the street to the ocean, eat a well supplied continental breakfast under a lanai, and not be bothered by large crowds then this IS it. We enjoyed our stay and go to Boca often to see my Dad. Would use this place as our home away from home again.
“Stay by the beach not the interstate”
I recently attended a seminar at FAU and was glad I stayed here rather than near the interstate/airport. Hotel staff/management were nice and accomodating. It was an easy drive to the campus and surrounding restaurants. Room was comfortable with the efficiency kitchen. Pool area was relaxing, and best of all was the quick walk to the beach across the street. I had no issues with parking. My business trip felt more like a vacation.

“Great Stay”
Ocean Lodge is a quality hotel for short stay in Boca Raton. It is located on Ocean Blvd, so it is right next to the shore. Although you cannot see the ocean from the hotel (because of the trees at South Beach Park), it is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are nice studio rooms with plenty of living space for a couple. They are nicely designed, decorated, and well-kept. There is complementary maid service every day. The pool is nice. There is free wireless internet, but no DVD player and the cable only gets 28 channels. The crew of the hotel is nice and helpful. The bottom line is that if you want a cheaper hotel that is clean and comfortable, this is the place to go. If you want a five-star hotel with many amenities, search elsewhere!
“Will definitely return”
We took grandkids here for a early christmas, it was great to have kitchenette so we didnt have to go out and could just enjoy playing beach was close enough to walk
“Ocean Lodge”
We had 4 couples stay at the Ocean Lodge. All were extremely satisfied with their stay. I will utilize the Ocean Lodge accomodations in the future.
