“Highly Recommend this hotel”

Was in town for a concert at the Kravis Center. Wanted somewhere to stay near the Airport, near the Kravis Center. This hotel was the solution based solely on its description on Expedia When we arrived, the hotel was definetly geared for the business traveler but what a great hotel. All the things you need to stay, done well, with a young, eager staff wanting to please. The hotel is among office buildings, pretty plain exterior but inside, where it counts, was clean, bright, well maintained. The pool was great and no airport noise even though you were a "stone-throw" away. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel advertisement states "their sleep system" , it is remarkable. Best sleep outside my own at home. Even though this stay was more pleasure than business, I would stay again because it was just delightful.

“Nice hotel, good location, Great Service !!”

I wish they would offer more or private trips to City Place instead of only designated times during the day. The shuttle also stops at 9pm so anything after that is an expense. I would have been willing to pay like a $5 each way service fee for the ride versus $10-15 for a cab each way... Other than that, it was great, the staff was VERY helpful. The common areas were clean. Just great! We will return!!

“Great Hotel”

This Hotel was very clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The area of the motel was in a safe place. I would recommend anyone who is staying in West Palm to use this Hotel.
