“Quiet Times at Palm Beach”
After reading the reviews,I had a hard time picking between "Breakers" and "Four Seasons". But when I spoke to people who had been to both places, I decided on the "Four Seasons". I wanted a nice, quiet vacation and that's what I got! The hotel staff is excellent, the resturants are very good. The room was clean, with a nice ocean view and best of all "quiet"! The beach was also clean and so was the water. My only complaint was all the jelly fish, but that's not something the hotel has control over. I'm already looking forward to my next trip there!
“Relaxing and family friendly!”
We had a wonderful time at the four seasons. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We especially loved breakfast by the pool (food was delicious!). We were traveling with a toddler and they set us up with a full size crib and diaper genie. I have no doubt we'll be back to this hotel again. It was a memorable stay.
“Enjoyed our stay”
The hotel was lovely. It was not overwhelming as some of the resorts can be. It was immacelately clean. The staff were very helpful. The room was larger than we expected. The beach was beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this experience. If we go back to this area in Florida, we would definitely stay here.
“Wonderful Service, Luxurious, Yet Baby Friendly”
Had a great getaway at this property. Service was excellent. It is a baby and kid friendly hotel, but others would be comfy there as well. Great location right on the beach. Nice amenities for adults and babies. Serene spa. Pricey restaurant food, but at least children under 5 eat free. Was delighted and would love to go back!
“First Four Season's experience”
and we loved it. The hotel was clean, cool; the staff was on top of everything and very helpful and the overall attention to detail (frozen grapes & smoothies served on the beach) was amazing. and then there was the bedding. we have not slept that well in a long time, we are looking into ordering a four seasons bed for home! Our one major complaint was the food. The room service menu was the most extensive, but who wants to eat in their room 3 meals a day? The other dining locations basically had the same options, and nothing wowed us. Food was bland and dry and incredibly disappointing for such a great hotel.
“Well needed relaxing vaca”
We stayed at the resort the first week of May and had a great time. The resort had everything needed on premises so no need to really venture out..there is no town within walking distance really so a car is needed if you want to explore beyond the hotel. That is probably the only downside. The restuarants are very good and accomadating to young children. Children under a certain age eat free which is a great plus and with a picky eater like mine this was a major plus as we were able to order a little bit of several things for her. Our first day the service was slow at the beach / pool side eatery but the rest of our stay the food came out promptly. The resort is family friendly and has shared pool and beach toys for use.The pool is on the smaller side but it was sufficient. The beach was nice..shallow for kids to play in. We had a standard room and it was nice and big, comfortable bed, and nice size bathroom..I wish they had a clothes line to dry our bathing suits. There were little touches that were nice..baby soap, lotion, wipes and a diaper genie. There is a kids club but for children 3 and over; our daughter is one and half so we couldn't take full advantage but we were able to use the club late in the afternoon with our supervision so our daughter could play with the toys. I did not make it to the spa so I can't comment on that. I wish the resort had wifi for free which I think they should in this day in age, silly to charge for it. Very nice if your looking to relax
“Perfect weekend getaway”
perfect service, good food and fabulous sea view room
“our placeto stay in Palm Beach!”
Great hotel at a fantastic location! Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons in terms of comfort, service and facilities. Our kids reall enjoyed the private beach. Staff was great despite that the hotel was very busy over Easter.
“Amazing”
Really great staff. Beach was amazing and the views from the hotel were breathtaking!
