“Happy Preggo Woman, cant beat that!”
Had no problems with anything. It was a very nice breakfast buff in the morning also.
“Great room layout, all conveniences.”
In rating hotels I think too little emphasis is given to room layout, and the room spacing and equipment at this Embassy Suites was superb. A multipurpose desk with many electrical outlets, separate sitting room, LG HD TV in each of the bedroom and sitting room, two sinks, free and convenient wifi. All at a reasonable price.
“Great experience at Embassy Suites West Palm Beach”
We were extremely pleased with the Embassy Suites West Palm Beach. Rooms were great; bed really comfortable with pleasing bed linens. The complimentary breakfast was far more than we had expected; a good way to start a long day.
“Not just convenient to airport - much more”
The staff was beyond excellent. Informative, helpful and sincere.

Arrived after 11 PM, Restaurant stayed over to feed me, in AM I expected to have to return to the airport and then get the car rental shuttle. A staff member made a special shuttle trip and took me directly to the car rental.
“Nice hotel, great staff”
My husband and I had a very pleasant five-day stay at this hotel. All of the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and accommodating. They gave us tips on places to visit and driving directions. The hotel is very well maintained with modern decor. We would definitely stay there again.
“Expensive drink!”
I had a couple of nights while working in the Bahamas on business. It was clean, food was good but beer pricey! A quick visit to the local liquor store sorted that! Casino was good but very tempting!
“Mixed feelings.”
I had booked a month in advance, however upon checkin I was given a handicap room vs the suite I had planned on, neither I nor my wife are handicapped. Bathroom had no counter space for toiletries and a too high toilet for my wife, who is only five foot tall. The breakfast was outstanding as was the lunch.
“Dissapointing Stay.”
Dinner was very dissapointing. I had finished my meal when my wife's meal was provided - after I asked twice to two different servers. To make matters worse, when I complained and suggested that the meal should be taken off the bill, the servers construed this to mean that the meal should additionally not be provided. If the meal had not then been brought out by the second server, my wife would not have had any meal, and we were without a car, having taken the shuttle from the airport.
“poor service”
poor registration services, i requested 2 beds in each room, hotel registration told me expedia did not send that request and they could not give me 2 beds. i had to argue with the manager and ultimately he found 2 beds per room. also the rooms were not ready in time. had i not persisted i would not have gotten what i requested through expedia.
