A nice clean hotel, fast elevators, nice pool and hot tub, close to everything that I wanted to do. Only minor complaint is the a/c sounded like it had asthma.

Staff was very friendly. Beautiful lobby. We arrived close to 2am and they greeted us with smiles and cookies and water bottles. We were a party of 5 and therefore needed the sofa bed. It would have been nice if that was anticipated before our arrival - had to go to the front desk to request bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. Staff was wonderful and helped us get everything we needed, but since it was so late at night, it would have been nice to have those things already in our room. Room was relatively clean but there was a big dead roach in our room that we didn’t notice until the following morning. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet was tricky to flush.

Palmetto bugs do like to try to find their way inside . We will ensure that our maintenance team addresses the additional items that you shared. The hotel is centrally located. However we were put in a handicapped room, and my husband being 6’ tall was having a problem using the toilet and sink. Speaking of the toilet; it was leaking onto the floor the entire time we were there. We called the front desk several times and even though we were told it was fixed it leaked .

Worst experience ever.
The worst experience at this hotel. No greeting at all. The lady at the counter had no personality. She seems miserable to work there. The room theu gave me had Black mold on the ceiling. I went to get anither room but they told me they were out of 2 queen bedrooms. Only 1 king rooms left. I said ok but i need a refund since i paid more for 2 queen beds. The Suppose manager told me to talk to a guy name Ryan in the morning. Well Ryan wasn't there and i would get a call from him when he got in. I called 8 hours later and Ryan left for the day already. How convenient. Never staying there again.

Additionally, the room you were moved into was a king with a full size sleeper sofa, and you were accommodated, both rooms have a 4 person guest count. I checked in early, the frontdesk assigned me to a room facing a highway. It has such loud noises, that I couldn't rest for an hour. I had to talk with the frontdesk, to switch to a room with a street view, which is less noisy. The room is arranged with old furniture, looks dark and dirty. The lobby has some events going on, so everyone seems nice and friendly.

Property is nice and staff is great! However cleanliness of room was subpar. The base of toilet was not cleaned and urine was completely noticeable, the tub had not been properly cleaned and the bed spread wasn’t clean!
