You can tell the property is older, but it’s well kept up and I can see they’ve made some renovations. But to me most importantly, it was CLEAN! Didn’t feel that I needed to worry about bed bugs or any other tiny rodents hanging around. Very nice staff too!

The rooms are basically fine, no frills but clean. The grounds around the hotel are nice. The pool area and gardens are very nice. Hotel shuttles are usually complimentary if close enough to the airport. This BW charges $20 each way. A fee I wasn't expecting. The employees are apparently not trained on ADA service animal laws pertaining to what is required and not required. Another fee I wasn't expecting. I just felt very nickel and dimed at check in instead of a warm welcome.

Staff at the reception are welcoming professional friendly make you feel right at home. The room is super clean, the grounds are so well kept like a oasis. Beautiful hotel will stay again.

This property was really nice . Loved the pool area . Very clean .. both the grounds and rooms . Bed very comfortable and housekeeping was great . Breakfast was great as well . Wish that it was until 1000 though . The only downside is there are no elevators :( but overall we were really happy with the stay !

I loved that it was close to the PBA university where I had to take my daughter for her college tour and that it was close to gas station and a lot of close food options. I did not like night shift staff because they canceled my reservation and had to get another one and pay a different rate then I booked . She was also rude and had bad customer service.When I checked out in the morning though the morning shift gentleman was very nice.Also the maid service was really nice.

Walking distance to a shopping center, a target and McDonald's. The is a courtyard with pool that was very peaceful. We did encounter a couple people begging and loitering about a block away, outside the McDonald's.

Nice enough place needs to be updated the bathroom looked like they were just painting over the mold. Other than that it was clean & a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the outside areas out front f direct sun that was a wonderful surprise.

El hotel en sentido general es bueno, mi habitación estaba limpia y sin olores, debido a la temporada fue bastante caro. La única queja que tengo es de la mujer que me hizo el check in. Tenía muy pocos deseos de trabajar. Pareciera que estaba allí en contra de su voluntad. Todo lo contrario con el muchacho que nos hizo el check out. El muchacho se mostró bien educado y con buena voluntad.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. They arranged transportation to the airport for a very early flight. They got us to the port for the cruise. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

The staff was argumentative. I had to return to the front desk 3 times because the staff did not check me in properly and the room key didn't work. The "hotel" was dirty, the shower faucet fell off. There were people drinking, smoking and making noise until well into the morning. There was also a loud fight between 2 men around 2am. This was a motel at best. 2 story, no elevator. Breakfast was very basic. I would never stay here again. Pick a different hotel.

they put me in a room that I could hear trucks and and ambulances through all hours of the day and night. I remember seeing crack heads walking out front of the Motel. I was pretty nervous of getting out of my room at night. They basically gave me the shaft for a room. Not happy.
