bel hôtel tout de même vieillot mais avec un certain charme, vous devez aimé le vert pour vous y installer car la couleur est omniprésente. Le personnel est courtois et prévenants.

The colony Hotel is now one My and my wife’s favorite place. Great location one block from the beach. The hotel Is beautiful everything is clean and most of all the hotel staff is top-notch. We’ve been to some very nice hotels and the customer service given by the staff is probably the best we’ve received and that is not an exaggeration. Highly recommend

The colony hotel in palm beach is just as luxurious as advertised! From the moment we walked in through the moment we left we were pampered every step of the way! The beach concierge and pool attendants were lovely and so helpful. Pool and hotel facilities spotless and everything we ate was amazing! From the meatloaf and key lime pie at Swiftys to the lavender spritz at the bar and the pastries at the pink paradise cafe- all to die for! A must stay if you are visiting the area you will not be disappointed!

Very disappointed with the handling of a situation we encountered. We had cold water. Could not take showers, but to make things right, the managers comped my breakfast. Blown away by the poor customer service. flew in for a special weekend with my wife, paid what I could have paid at the Breakers Hotel and came away very disappointed.

An amazing place! Loved it the minute we walked in and greeted by a very friendly staff and a glass of rose. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Swiftys was amazing in every way . The food was delicious and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. I highly recommend The Colony Hotel.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we got there to when we were packing the car to leave… the service as perfect!! The check-in staff, waiters, bartenders, valet and room service. Everyone was excellent! A special thank you to Leani for making our wedding dinner/reception at Swifty’s perfect!

Service is first rate. They responded efficiently and enthusiastically to any request. They always had a good suggestion for restaurants and activities. Swifty’s is a great place to dine - food is superb, atmosphere is fun, drinks are imaginative and the weekend music is perfect. The rooms have recently been renovated and have captured the Palm Beach vibe.

Staff are very nice and accommodating. Location is great. Would be better if the beach had restrooms and more food/drink options. Bathroom was small and dated. Not responsive to emails prior to arrival. Overall a great place.

This is my 3rd (and last) time staying at the Colony. The rooms are too small/bathrooms tiny to justify the rate. The walls are paper thin. We heard neighbors full on conversations. The housekeeping staff was lovely, but their carts were in the halls all day and night. There was also a very big dumpster in the hall. Lastly, this is the third time we looked onto a concrete wall, so just not worth the money in my opinion.

Best hotel in Palm Beach in my opinion - beautifully decorated, great location, lovely dining inside and out. Rooms have been renovated nicely, however the rooms and doors need sound insulation as you can hear every hall conversation and door slam. We will be back!

The Colony was the perfect spot for us on a weekend to Palm Beach for a party we attended. The house cars can take you and pick you up anywhere. Swiftys is so much fun with excellent food and drinks. Also, room service breakfast was better than the highest rated hotels in hot spots I’ve stayed. 10/10 recommend. Remember it’s a historic property that’s been renovated so it’s got old world charm - old Palm Beach feel.

No coffee in rooms. Only one restaurant. Rooms have very thin walls and I could hear constant noise and talking in hallway, doors banging all hours. Maid vacuuming early in the morning. Terrible view from room of dirt, garbage, and a wall. Only two elevators and one was out of service.

We are locals and like this hotel. It’s a cute and whimsical place. Food is very good but expensive. Live outdoor music a plus. Remodeling done recently is positive. The one thing I don’t like about the property are the bathrooms. They are extremely small and do not have vents. Front doors need striping as air and light sowed through at night (room 202).
