The staff is wonderful and the location walkable. The hotel itself is in major need of an upgrade. The carpet in the room is very worn and the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful and the location very walkable.

The people are very nice. The location is central to everything. There is a steep staircase into the hotel - but the hotel employees make sure to take your bags up and down the stairs. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay in Palermo
We had a wonderful experience the two days we stayed. Employees always attentive to our needs. An older hotel very well kept. Only drawback were the stairs we needed to climb to reach the reception. The included breakfast (served in the room) is great, don’t miss it!

Wonderful welcome, great room number 11 with view of the theatre. Staff fantastic nothing was too much trouble from storing cases, early check in, early breakfast & car to airport. Location great close to all attractions I would definitely recommend

Lovely time in Palermo
The staff was very helpful, they made the stay feel like being at home. The hotel is located at the best place in Palermo and at the intersection of two areas - on the left is the crowded old town, ramshackle, on the right is modern, clean with great shops and some lovely cafe's. The staff guided us to great restaurants and the best pizzas at Freida Pizzarea

The location is ideal to experience the city with access to so much within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and breakfast was served directly to us each day. The staff were excellent, polite, and professional. We will book our next stay in Palermo here too!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff made my visit so enjoyable. Jenny, Desiree, Christian we’re all professional and outgoing. I really appreciated that. The bed was comfortable. The food for breakfast was lovely and Desiree went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. The location is great and very convenient. Thank you to everyone at this hotel.

Hotel in Palermo's center
Centrally located (across from the Opera) hotel is on first floor with no lift. Staff is wonderful. Public area is small but clean and well kept, breakfast served in that room. Sleeping room was good sized and comfortable. The hotel is fraying a bit at the edges, but then, so is Palermo. So it's a good fit

Nice Visit
Small hotel, good location to walking traffic areas, good restaurants in the vicinity, overlooks the Palermo Opera House, can not drive up to the front of the hotel because of the pedestrian walking area.

All reception/front desk personnel extremely willing, able and happy to assist us with theatre reservations including discounted tickets, and must add, on a very short notice, recommended interesting and important sites to visit, restaurants, shuttle service and even scheduling and securing an on site visit from a laboratory to collect sample for covid test, we are very grateful with the entire staff, their professionalism, their attention to our needs, they made us feel at home, additionally, the property is located just a few steps from the theatre and all major importatnt and must visit sites.

Great, perfect location. Large, clean rooms with good sound-proofing. Nice view from balcony. However the hotel is very dated and the rooms are unattractive. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a fair value.

Great value and quality
Hotel has excellent location near restaurants, shops, the opera theater, and main avenues. At night carabinieri stay at the piazza.The room is amazing, it had a balcony. Breakfast is delivered to the room or at the bar at your request.

The hotel entrance was located on the first floor of the building up a steep flight of stairs, and our room was on the same level overlooking the Piazza Verdi and the Theatre Massimo. This was lovely and convenient but very, very noisy as people socialised loudly all and every night. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely.

The location was good, although there was noise from the park at night and the staff said there would not be. No lift, steep stairs, this was not indicated prior to booking/arriving. Breakfast was inadequate, crowded and rushed.

Dear Anonymous, we are sorry that you have received some noise from the pedestrian street but the rooms have excellent soundproofing. As regard the absence of a lift, we regret that you have not read it before booking but it is indicated everywhere. At each there are only 21 steps to reach the first floor where the entire hotel is located, and there is always someone to help with luggage. About the breakfast service we disagree with the "inadequate and crowded" judgment, our breakfast is offered upon reservation at the table or in the room with out additional cost. Anyway thank you for choosing us, and for taking some time to write here your opinion, we always treasure your opinions.

The location is in the heart of old Palermo. Easy wolking to the monuments, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quaint and charming. Only 11 rooms so front desk staff knew everyone.

Old school charm... but noisy...
Great location. Friendly and professional service. Very safe. Rooms are old, dark and dated. Walls are really thin and noise is a big issue, in particular during weekends. Bed was comfortable.

Our guests rather appreciate the tranquility of our hotel despite being right in the center. We have a good soundproofing of all the rooms and it seems strange that in your room you have heard noise. We will check the case better.
