The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

Rocco Forte Villa Igiea was a great overall experience for us. The Concierge Team suggested excellent tour options and booked dinner for us as well. The shuttle bus is very convenient to take into town and return. The food at the main restaurant and pool bar were very good. Thank you to the team for making our stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

We spent 2.5K Euro for a suite they said with terrace, sea view. They showed very nice pictures with second floor terrace beautiful view on Orbitz but then when we checked in they gave us the first floor and cannot see the sea at. We definitely much overpaid for 2500 Euro. Not worth that much at all.

The pool and restaurant/drink lounge view is amazing. Service was excellent. All staff speak good English. We were so impressed with service and food that we canceled the hotel at the next leg of our three week trip and booked with the Rocco Forte location in Verdura. For anyone reading older reviews, I would disregard as the property changed ownership at the end of 2019 and went over an extensive renovation and was closed for a year and a half. Since the reopening under new ownership, the rooms are spectacular, the beds are very comfortable, no noise in rooms, high reviews for everything from service and food to a fully stocked cocktail lounge to the point that we will be staying in any Rocco Forte location if they have one in the city of our future travels. We are from Vancouver, Canada. This resort is on par with Fairmont.

Hotel di gran classe perfetto in ogni dettaglio e in ogni suo spazio. Tradizione di ospitalità, massimo comfort e lusso: questo quello che si percepisce e respira tanto negli interni che nei meravigliosi giardini e nelle terrazze affacciati sul Golfo di Palermo. Molto difficile trovare una pecca. Il soggiorno qui è meraviglioso.

Fantastisk Hotel og service fra første sekund. Super flotte omgivelser og service vennlig personale, selv med litt misforståelser mht språk. De var de flinkeste av alle vi møtte i engelsk. Maten var enestående til alle måltider. Hadde med en kokk fra Norge som var overrasket over kvaliteten på maten. Det var kjempe spennende retter for alle.
