Best of all was the neighbourhood. Easy to walk in, lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of shade. The hotel was fine and the breakfasts were just the right amount.

Very pleasant hotel. Good value clean comfortable nice pool but a little difficult to access ie no railing. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice area for restaurants.

Very nice hotel with many other food choices around. Staff was great and helpful, property had a pool with wonderful tropical surroundings. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

Truly an experience I will Never forget. The ruins in Palenque were something that I will never forget. The hotel is quiet, nice, has a pool and they were very accommodating and helpful. Great dining options within walking distance. I will be staying here again if I go back to Palenque.

The rooms are basic but clean. The staff's service was a bit inconsistent. They could be very helpful most of the time, but occasionally, they were not very forthcoming. I had requested transportation, but instead of scheduling something, they sent me to a taxi stand in town that would not be very dependable. However, the location is as good as it gets.

Hotel is on a lovely street with plenty of dining options. Hotel has a smallish pool and the dining room is of decent size. The theme of the hotel is almost Caribbean in nature so adds to its charm.

Could Make One Improvement to Sanitation Process
We were "walk ins" when we booked the first night because Zapatistas had blocked the road and we could not get to our hotel out near the ruins, so had to stay in town. Our taxi driver took us to this hotel. We decided to book it again our last night because we had an early bus the next morning and thought it would be better to be in town that night. Our room was quiet and comfortable both nights. My one and only comment has to do with sanitation. You had your blood pressure and temperature taken when you came in the door and the results were recorded in a book, along with your name. The hotel also made sure you were given hand sanitizer and that all of your belongings were sprayed with sanitizer. But they used the same blood pressure monitor on everyone's finger without cleaning it. Inasmuch as hands are a key factor in the spread of Covid, I thought it was strange that they did not disinfect the blood pressure monitor after each use. We made sure to put another shot of sanitizer on our hands afterwards.

We were pleasantly surprised by this great hotel on a delightful cobbled street across from the bus station. A great value for a safe, clean, stylish spot with lots of amenities and delicious restaurants within steps and your offices nearby to arrange your adventures into beautiful Chiapas.

Don't lose your key, if not you will have to pay to receive an additional one, I travel on a monthly basis and I've never heard of this. A.C broke in the middle of the night making a very loud noise, had to move to another room at 4am.
