The hotel has all of the necessary amenities, was clean and quiet, the price was quite reasonable, and it also had extras like an outdoor patio,flowers, pool,etc. The owners operate the desk, etc. and were very accommodating for all our requests. We will definitely stay there again next year when we visit our relatives in that area!

“My room”

I realize that in the winter it is hard to keep hotel carpets spotless. The overall condition of my room was great, but the carpets REALLY needed to be cleaned. This would have made the complete room condition close to 100%..

“nice hotel for the location”

Hotel was more than acceptable and as advertised. The only problem I had was that it seemed noisey. While I would have paid less for a similar hotel in an other location, the price was competitive for the area.

Comfortable stay, but the hotel itself isn't in real good shape. Smelled of smoke, even though we had non smoking rooms. Room was alright, but halls smelled of smoke. Still, very comfortable stay.

“One Night in Pagosa”

This hotel was clean and comfortable but a little difficult to find at first. The breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about but for an overnight stay on the way to the Grand Canyon the hotel was good enough.

I have to admit, we picked this hotel because the ones we normally would stay in were all booked, for the Memorial Day weekend. We were somewhat apprehensive, but most of the reviews were ok. It seemed like a family run hotel. The lady was very nice and helpful, the men (older) were kind of gruff and lacking in customer service skills, BUT, they took care of our needs. The room was nice and clean, H/K was in everyday and cleaned, putting out fresh linen. It was quite. The Continental breakfast was average, but fresh. If you need a place to stay, lower end, this is a good deal.

“Suitable”

The room suited our needs. It wasn't anything spectacular, but it was a fair price for a useful room at the time we needed. If I need to stay in Pagosa Springs overnight again, and I'm on a budget, I would stay here again.

We Will RETURN!!!!!!!!!!! We had a great trip and seeing 'old friends' was WONDERFUL!!!!!! Your hotel was less than 5 minutes from my friends home... so this is the PERFECT location for us to stay..... The front desk 'host' was friendly, the room was clean and the hotel was quiet... I don't know if we could ask for much more.......
