Great place to stay in Padova
It’s a very safe place. There were five of us who stayed there. I was skeptical at first about the booking. However, when we arrived there, the one in-charge was very friendly and accommodating. There is free coffee, the bathrooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. The location is great and very convenient. It is near the train and the bus stations. There are nearby Chinese restaurants as well.

Passing through in Padova
I was passing through Padova on my way to Venice. I randomly selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Padova Train Station. The accommodations were acceptable except for a double bed that one can barely walk around because it barely fit the width of the room. I understand that this was a refurbished building but I thought that my privacy was a little bit compromised. One can easily hear conversations from outside my door. I was made aware that the bathrooms are shared and I have further validated that I was not comfortable doing it. It's a matter of preference, which may either be because of cultural reasons or because I am just a creature of habit to have my own privacy. In addition, there were no good restaurants in the vicinity and one has to travel a certain distance to avail of one. They have unusual check in/check out hours (check in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am), which can through most travelers off. If you just want a bed to sleep in and leave luggage while exploring Padova and could care less about privacy or comfort, then this is a worthwhile place for the frugal traveler. The property is being run like a hostel but advertised as a hotel...

A lovely little B&B incredibly close to the train and bus stations, but still within easy walking distance of the old town attractions. The staff were very helpful, suggesting the best sights to see, places to eat, and helping us get bus tickets sorted. The only downside was sharing a (very well-appointed) bathroom, but hey...

Nice Hotel in the beautiful town of Padua
Enrico was a wonderful and helpful proprietor. The only negative thing is that you have to work around the shared bathroom, but the overall stay is worth the trouble.

Not a bad accommodation but it is overpriced.
The accommodation is on the first floor of an old building, exactly near the train station and about 15 minutes walking from the city center. The house in nice and it is completely renovated. Because of the position, it it is very comfortable for travels by train, but the area is not so nice. The house has 5-6 rooms and 2 bathrooms in common and it is very clean! The negative things about this accommodation is that there was a strange smell when we entered in the house, even if there were using many air fresheners. Additionally, it wasn't so easy to contact them in order to check in as there is not a reception. They didn’t answer on the phone that was provided and we had to contact them in another phone, that we had to search for it via the reception of aonther accomondation! Even in that phone they didn’t reply on time, making feel us uncomfortable and unsecure about our staying. Also, they charged us 17 euros extra of what we had paid via Hotels.com for cleaning fees only for one night, so finally it wasn't a cheap accommodation. In fact we could stay in a much better and in more central location room! In general the accommodation is not bad, but in that money you can stay in a better and more central one.

Strategic location, little noisy
Cool modern furniture, comfy bedroom, strategic located 3 minutes from the train station and super nice possibility to leave our bags after checked out until getting the train back home. Unfortunately the doors are super noisy (some with old glass pieces and some very heavy...), waking us up every time a guest opened their room doors or the entrance door. Don't forget your earplugs and it's ok!

お客さんを泊める気あるのかな？
予約してからなんの連絡もなく、レイトチェックインきぼうしていたので心配で当日もメールしたが返事は全く無し。案の定ドアホン押せども誰も出ず。建物の他の住人と一緒に中に入れたがホテルのドアも明かず。何回もベルを鳴らしたら滞在客が出て来てホテルの連絡先へ何回か電話し呼んでくれ2時間後にやっとチェックイン。チェックアウトは鍵を部屋にさしとけば良いとの事。チェックアウト10時迄荷物置いてスクロヴィーニ礼拝堂等を観に行こうとしたが鍵が開かなかったらと心配でスーツケースを持ち鍵を閉めたらその鍵では中にはいれなかった。帰りの日だから慎重になったが、酷いホテルだった。画像の通り部屋やシャワールームは綺麗だが人を泊める気があるのか？と思った。中に入れないので鍵はポストに入れたが、メールで鍵はどこだと。連絡しようと思えばすぐ出来るのに、サービス業とは言い難い。

mi dispiace ma...
purtroppo, nonostante la stanchezza, ho passato la notte quasi in bianco per la maleducazione degli altri ospiti (ragazzi non più giovanissimi) che rientrando in piena notte credevano di potersi muovere come in una birreria! voci alte, porte sbattute, risate..... non è colpa della struttura....ma l'esperienza, per quanto mi riguarda, non è da ripetersi.

Gute Lage, sehr hellhörig.
Es ist ein Guest house, also gibt es keine Rezeption. Telefonisch wird der Zugang gewährt. Die Räume sind EXTREM hellhörig, man hört jedes Geräusch im Nebenzimmer!

Excelente estadia!! Hotel é muito bom, conservado, com ótimo aspecto e muito bem limpo! O Enrico é um excelente anfitrião, educado, prestativo, passou várias informações turísticas e importantes para nossa estadia. Recomendo bastante!!

INCROYABLE ET INSUPPORTABLE !!!ce séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel fut une HORREUR !!Nous sommes en permanence fliqués de jour comme de nuit pour nos moindre faits et gestes! caméra à l'appui,Enrico nous harcèle dans la SDB en toquant dès les 5 premières minutes pour que l'on n'y reste pas...on se sent comme des ados ds un internat!!!!Oh my god!Il m'a limite insultée ...alors qu'à l'arrivée il veut se donner des faux airs de gentleman prêt à rendre service avec son anglais impeccable, nous offrant un café etcc..Who cares?sachant qu'il a monpolisé 1h de notre précieux tps pour nous parler de la nuit dans son hotel en nous carottant 20 eur par nuit au passage car soi-disant nous n'avions pas réservé comme il se doit pour 2 personnes alors qu'il était stipulé pr 2 sur la réservation de hôtels.com. Ma colloc a eu le malheur d'avoir envie de faire pipi, la SDB était occupée obligée de patienter jusque 40 min!!pas pratique du tout donc elle a utilisé les wc de la SDB privée en urgence car pas le choix et bam!!! il a déboulé Or dans ce genre d'établissement il est indispensable d'avoir des wc séparés de la douche!!!!!!I can't believe it!NO WAY another night here,!!!!
