“Very nice getaway”

Remember to open the windows to better hear the surf from the beach. The hotel is nicely located in an out of the way area but it's still only a 15 min drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

“Right on the Beach!!”

This Holiday Inn Express is RIGHT on the beach at Rockaway in Pacifica. It's not where the stars go, but it's the same Ocean and it's really RIGHT THERE!! The breakfast is bountiful, if not gourmet. There's a great walking trail over the hill to Linda Mar Beach and there and back will take care of the cinnamon buns you snarfed up at breakfast! If there is a downside, it's that the 2nd floor hallway is stuffy and still smells like new carpeting, even though it's been, well, a while...The staff is VERY friendly. All in all if Pacifica is where you want to be, this is the place!

“A friendly little secret”

While most people traveling to San Francisco want to stay downtown and pay huge hotel prices, we opted to stay closer to the ocean outside the city. It was a great decision, as we throughly enjoyed this hotel! The facility is very nice in appearance and layout. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any request we made. The rooms were also nice with a mini-fridge, microwave oven and small sink in the kitchenette. The location is fantastic! While our room didn't face the beach, many do and it's about a 30 second walk to see surfers and a magnificent coastline. It's about a 10 minute drive into the city and right on Highway 1. We will definitely stay there upon our next trip to the Bay Area!

“Will be going back”

I enjoyed my visit. The area was peaceful, staff at the Inn were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the mornings was good. The sound of the beach was very peaceful. I will be going back.

this is the fourth or fifth time I've stayed at this hotel The staff is always friendly and very helpful The rooms are clean The complementary breakfast is well presented, offers plenty of choices, and is well prepared The inroom internet service is reliable and easy to use The setting, a block from the ocean, can't be beat The only thing that is a little frustrating is that the parking space available in the garage can be a tight squeeze when the facility is full Overall I would recommend this facility to anyone planning to be in the Pacifica area

“Great place to stay in Pacifica”

We had what they called the Executive full-ocean-view Jacuzzi King suite. It was awesome. The room was very large with a King bed and a sofa sleeper. There were tons of blankets, pillows, and towels, so it could easily sleep 4. The bathroom was large and very clean, with a great shower, in addition to the refillable jacuzzi tub in the main room. There is a small kitchen-type area just inside of the door with a coffee machine, small sink, and small fridge. The hotel itself looks like-new inside with brand new carpets etc.. It sits right behind another motel and Nick's restaurant, but has a nice ocean view anyways. For the price and compared to the others in town this seems like the clear choice.

“An Unexpected Pleasure”

Wonderful location to SF, Moss Beach, Half Moon Bay, Silicon Valley and most importantly the beach and Pacific oceon.

“Where the Fog is Pacifica?”

Had a little trouble finding the hotel but decided to turn into the Tourist Info bldg. and there was our hotel. The front desk staff was so helpful. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting as was the breakfast area and our room. Thanks for making our visit special.

“Awesome Location”

This is an amazing location for your typical HI Express. Beachfront is a very short walk from the door. Nice deck overlooking the ocean adjacent to the lobby where you can eat your inclusive breakfast. Coastal walking, jogging trail also within a short distance of the hotel. Location is what makes this hotel stand apart from what is generally a very standardized, and comfortable, accommodation.
