It was in a convenient location and easy to access. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities. Pretty much everything you could imagine was provided in the room, except for washcloths. Not sure how they missed that. Unfortunately, the room had a glaring flaw. Although obviously set up as a wheelchair accessible room, the shower design was a disaster, resulting in water all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain had been crudely chopped off (we think maybe to try to address the shower design issue), and was too short. There was missing tile on the bath floor where something had been removed. The hot breakfast was mediocre and bland.

Everything appears as expected. Bathroom sink drains extremely slow and was a challenge to clean/wash down after shaving. Other than that it was good

Pleasant stay
Check in was quick and easy. Vicki is a great ambassador for the company. She was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The overall condition of the hotel needs some attention. The elevators needed mopping and the place could use a new coat of paint. The area is safe with groceries and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The sink faucet was placed weird in the corner of the sink which was awkward. Had issues with the shower faucet too. Was hard to turn on and once on, hard to regulate temperature. It was either cold or too hot. Didn’t try the breakfast since we were visiting family and ate by them. Overall it was convenient and I would stay tthere again.

Toilet ran all night, spider webs , ac did not cool effectively and stains in chairs. I have ask for a refund prior to check out. Staff tells me that since I booked through Expedia they can’t help with refund. I will file a complaint with Expedia for a refund of $162.00 and stop payment on my credit card.
