“A great stay for a good price.”

We arrived after 10pm and the front desk gal, MaryBeth was there with a smile. We were quickly processed and went to our room. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was nice and we had a great stay.

“Reasonable Price”

This was our first time staying at a Microtel Inn. Living up to its name, the room was small, but comfortable and clean. We only stayed for one night, so didn't mind the size of the room. The breakfast was fine, but a little on the limited side. The price was definitely right. We would stay in Microtels again.

We were both pleased with our stay at your hotel. I would reccomend it to my friends and family.

“raise the bar, please”

I usually like a stay at a Microtel since it's a reliably clean and updated place. We were exhausted and it was easy to sleep. The place was quiet, which was great. The room was totally not up to Microtel standard. The mirror in the bathroom had something etched into it at face level and it looked vaguely lewd, so that was weird. There was beige something splattered on the back of the bathroom door...I choose to call it 'paint' . The place had a funky smell to it as well. Other than that, I found it just 'cheap'. The breakfast was spare and the coffee was...well we just headed out. Good thing we were tired!

“Dirty and run down”

Upon arrival, front desk was unattended and a man who appeared as if he could be homeless was hanging around in the lobby as we waited for help. Uncomfortable feeling. The key cards we were given did not work and when we returned to the front desk it was "oh yeah, that one is broken" so we were given a key to use. The key was difficult to operate and became stuck in the lock at one point. We had to call the front desk to send maintenance to remove the key. The room was a "suite" however the furniture was dirty and worn. The vent in the bathroom had filth collected on it and clearly had not been wiped down in years. The bathroom sink could not be filled as there was no plug for it. In general this is a dirty, poorly maintained property and I would not ever stay here again.
