“GreAT CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Great Customer Service. Staff was wonderful.. Room service and restaurant were very reasonable. Beach bar had live music and a nice menu. Arrangement of outside area was very good--lots of semi private space to watch the ocean, get a sun tan or read a book. I thought I'd miss an outside pool but the indoor pool was great. Great arrangement of outside area for walking disabled and older people. Able to watch my younger travelling companions on the beach and get to the pool and outside restaurant with no problems.

“Can't wait to go back!”

Everything was as I expected it to be, I had everything that I was supposed to in my room, and the hotel itself is right next to the beach, as well as MANY fine places to eat.

“Would stay there again”

I have never booked anything on line. When I arrived at the hotel was very impressed with the price and the quality of the hotel. I would recommend expedia and the ramada plaza nags head Beach. I had a wonderful experience.

“Nice place”

We spent a week and enjoyed the hotel. Location is great, beach is just out the door, swimming pool is small but not tiny and the parrot in the lobby adds character.

“We will be back”

We have made many trips to the Outer Banks and for our last two trips, we stayed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are the most comfortable. If you stay in an Ocen View hotel, the view is spectacular. The pool area is clean and the pool is well heated. The hot tub was closed for repair/replacement while we were there, but the pool made up for this inconvienence. The hotel staff is friendly. The check in process was very quick. With in 5 minutes I had room keys and was moving us in for our stay. The hotel has a restaurant and lounge, offering room service. We did not use this facility, but it was greta to have it available to us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to OBX

“great hotel”

It is right on the beach. Between two parks. Pets are welcome, but only stay in the first floor, so good for both vacationers(with or without dog). The bird"Sabrina" is the best feature in the lobby. The only con is they don't provide breakfast like their neighbor.

“perfect hotel for a quiet vacation!”

my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our Spring Break and it was wonderful! granted, we stayed during the off-season (March) but everything was lovely! the hotel was comfortable and very accommodating. not overly-luxurious, but I felt very comfortable and at home the entire stay. though some construction was going on, it wasn't started until late morning or early afternoon and caused no disruptions. we had an ocean view room on the third floor and it was just right! I'd absolutely stay here again any time! the hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping and was just the right size.

“A Good Experience”

The employees were nice and always spoke. Hotel was clean. The restaurant/loung was great. I don't know why this place hasn't received better reviews. I was well pleased with it.

“Very nice and comfortable”

Arcade could be alot better. Nice rooms with great service. Restaurant was nice and the food was good. Pool was alot larger then u except. Located right on the beach with great access to the beach. No complaints! Definetely would recommend coming back.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The only downside was the lit cigarettes that the upper floor guests dropped from their balconies.
