Amazing breakfast and the best hotel gym I’ve ever trained in. Rooms are OK too, mattress maybe softer than I would prefer but not overly so. Will stay here again when I come to Oulu again.

Clean and convenient
Great hotel in a great location for a great price. Stylish lobby, very comfortable beds, and EXCELLENT massive rainfall shower. The town of Oulu is charming and easy to walk to its highlights from hotel. Only downside is that it is a tourbus stop which backs up reception, elevators, and breakfast and cause delays and overcrowding.

Great hotel.
Since refurbishment, this has to be the go-to hotel in Oulu. Very comfortable, quiet and always great choices with breakfast.

We had a sort but very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the bikes that the hotel provided for guests, and the gym and breakfast were excellent. Thank you and hope to visit again!

I was shocked by dirty bathtube and wall in it. There was a brown layer of dead skin cells from past clients takig baths. I wanted to vomit when I saw it, had to wash my hair in washbasin, I did not use bath. Compensation room also had a dirty bathroom, there were previous clients hair all over bath, walls, bathtube and shower was simply not cleaned. My vacation was ruined totally, i did not use shower after a long trip. If you do not want to ruin your vacation - do not go there. In the checkout morning I have spent 4 hours chatting with ebookers for refund. If I would have known that I will be having a night like this- I would not come to Oulu at all :(((((

Lovely location & breakfast buffet to die for
Lovely location, very comfy room and amazing breakfast buffet - we loved our run to Nallikari and back and long chilled breakfasts. Didn’t like there was a bath as that made getting into shower almost feel dangerous. Otherwise all awesome!

A Very Nice Hotel in the Oulu City Centre
I was travelling with my son and we both enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is recently renovated, well located, and clean. Breakfast was excellent and served in a very COVID-aware manner. And last but not least, the staff was ultra friendly, so all in all, we had a very pleasant visit!

Covid cleaning schedule
Radisson has changed their room cleaning schedule during covid. We had a four night stay. We were told the room would only be cleaned on the third day but that didn’t end up happening. We were not not too bothered by it and they did tell us we can call reception in case we need new towels. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

A positive surprise
A positive surprise. Great views over Oulu from the 7th floor, big and clean hotel with good service. A minus was that the TV in the room was stuttering a bit when we tried to watch it.

Ok stay
The bathtub had hair in it. Asked to change room and so did the new one too! I didn't take a shower. Radisson seems to also be getting a little less fancy, sorry to say. At least in Oulu. The bed was amazing though. Ok stay, i guess.

A very fresh and safe choice with no surprises
It was a really clean and good experience in many ways. The room was fresh, well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. We only missed really small things like a better quality soap. The service was excellent and everyone was positive. Very easy to recommend a stay.
