guesthouse bien située à proximite de nombreux restaurants.propreté impécable.securité totale. breakfast complet. hotes très attentionnés. pas d'acces internet mais connection disponible à l'hotel de la chaine " africa sky" tout à coté. sans aucun doute une addresse à recommander.

“A Rare Treat”

What a pleasant surprise. This bed and breakfast is a real find. Although it is on the main street, it is situated well hidden from the road and very quiet. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was Hot! The breakfast area (indoor) was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the food was delicious. Lucy and Hugh are charming and very accommodating. I would definitely return.

“Welcoming Hotel”

This was one of the least expensive hotels we stayed in on our 14 day tour of the Garden Route and yet it was the most stylish, comfortable and most importantly welcoming hotel that we encountered. The place is run by a British couple who gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived, sharing a beer with us in the garden and advising us on interesting places to see on our short stop over in Oudtshoorn. I'd advise you to take one of the rooms in the Garden. Very comfortable and felt very private. Top marks to this hotel and the owners. This place is spot on and one I will recommend to anyone travelling through the area.

“Our Honeymoon at 88 Baron van Reede”

Straight from the start both Zoë & Huw welcomed us to their beautiful guesthouse making our stay happy, relaxed and memorable - it was as if we were part of the family! Zoë provided us with many tips and suggestions of places to go and things to see, whilst Huw fed us delicious, cooked-to-order breakfasts. Nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend 88 Baron van Reede without hesitation.

Superb little guest house! Huw & Zoe are great hosts...welcomed with a cold beer on arrival in 35C temp. Nice little pool to cool off in too. Best value for money we have had in 3 weeks touring. Very central, good restaurants close by - easy to walk to. Hosts are good company and very helpful. Big, secure off-street parking. Ideal stop-over.
