“There is no airport shuttle”

The room was not sound proof at all. You could hear everyone and the people under us complained about our 4 year-old being too noisy....they pounded on the door to let us know. The reason we picked this hotel was the shuttle to and from the airport...THEY HAVEN'T HAD THAT FOR YEARS....The managers were nice and helpful but we were snapped at by the waitress letting us know the continental only had 10 more minutes. There is a Tim Horton's nice and close....that was a bonus!
