The Sheraton Ottawa is conveniently located to downtown Ottawa, Parliament Hill and similar sites. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Staff were great but property is in dire need of renovation. In our room the heater was so loud that it woke us up when it came on. As well, next time in Ottawa we will stay in a more conveniently located hotel - other Bonvoy properties are better.

Location is great, only a 10 minute walk to Rideau Centre and all the restaurants and bars in the Byward Market area. Our room was spacious and comfortable and overall very quiet. The front desk clerk we checked in with and spoke to on our second night I believe her name was Pam was really great. She's a treasure, so protect her. Very warm and helpful, which honestly has become a rarity in the hospitality field. Overall a good weekend and we'd stay here again.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean.Complimentary bottled water. Central location to Ottawa’s tourist spots including Parliament Hill. We will come back again to the Sheraton!

This is a loverly hotel located ideally in downtown Ottawa. It is within walking distance of so many attractions. The staff are excellent and the place is clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The only negative is the parking, as it is valet only. While the attendants are very professional and courteous, they are bound by their number and the number of guests checking in and out. This means that you may be waiting for a while. It just seems to be incovenient while they get your car or take your car to park. It is a small negative and perhaps I am being a bit picky, so I apologize as the stay was absolutely great and a place I would return to anytime I visit Ottawa.

The hotel is at a very good location in Ottawa, convenient to most of the popular places. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: the decoration is a little old (but it is very clean), and its air conditioning is a little noisy (but not impact sleeping).

clean, quiet, friendly staff, nicely decorated for Christmas, coffee and tea in lobby in the morning, fast elevators, comfortable waiting area in lobby, refrigerator in room. A small microwave in rooms would be nice for people spending more than one night.
