“Excellent value”
We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel while visiting Ottawa. We found the price very reasonable in comparison to the downtown hotels of Ottawa. We had the king bed rooms with buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed the steak house located in the hotel. The staff made every effort to speak English to us. We did appreciate that since our French is somewhat limited!

“Very impressed”
All of us enjoyed our stay in this hotel, as it was above our expectation for the paid price; rooms were very clean and comfortable and facilities were excellent. For people, who like, there is a casino just a few hundred meters away. It also included a very good breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers and would stay there in my next trip to Ottawa.
“Top notch hotel”
This hotel is rated as a first class hotel. The service was wonderful, the hotel lobby and the room was comparable to Hilton or Hyatt. The breakfast had so many different choices, plenty and it was complimentary. The location of the hotel was so strategic, it was a walking distance to the casino and only 15-20 mins to downtown Ottawa by bus. I will stay here again for sure in the future. Ps, check the bathroom, it is spacious and the tiles look new and shiny and the tub is a jacuzzi type .....
“Good for a family stay”
We stayed this hotel for nights with 2 adults and 3 kids (2 primary schoolers and an infant). We arrived in the midnight after driving long from NYC, so needed to wait for a clerk to come back from inspection for 10 minutes, but check-in at such time was not a problem. Breakfast tokens were given only for adults, so we needed to pay for our 2 kids ($5.95 per kid). Our family share one twin bedded room, it was spacious and immaculate like casino hotels in Las Vegas though not extremely gorgeous. Every equipment was in good condition. Break fast seemed to be a French-style buffet, some kinds of breads, croissants, fruits, cereals, juices and coffee were served. There was scrambled eggs, but meats like sausages of bacons were not available that made me feel short on fun. Casino was not available in this hotel, but a huge, Las Vegas-style one is in Hilton hotel just in front (500 yards away), so you can get there on foot. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for a family stay, and would be back to this hotel if we have a chance to visit Ottawa.
“Comfortable, friendly, low key”
Staff was very helpful and informative and had a number of suggestions to offer. The room was bright and comfy. The breakfast offered a wide assortment of foods for all to enjoy. Nice fireflace in the room. Check-in was quick! I would stay there again. Good location to casino lac lemay. Close to a large grocery store if staying for a longer period.
“definately will go back next time”
There were 5 people for us in total for this vacation, and we got the bi-level suit in Ramada. Everything was so perfect, services right there were excellent.
“Pleasant stay”
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, but I was very impressed with the experience. The hotel room was very nice and very clean, comfortable and friendly bilingual staff. Overall positive. On the down side there was hallway noise in the a.m. of people walking/talking which seemed quite loud. Is that the hotel though, or the guests? There was also some traffic noise (minimal). Consider asking for a room at the end of the hall, on the parking lot side to avoid these two. Recommended! Very nice for a 3 star!
“A nice stay in Gatineau”
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was well appointed and everything about the room was very noce. The only thing that was a little annoying is that the room was just a little warmer than I liked and the air conditioning did not seem to work. Yes, it was -11C outside so perhaps the AC system was shut down for the winter but there didn't seem to be a way to control the room temperature.
