“Best Dry Martini”

From check-in to check-out my stay at the Novotel in Ottawa was outstanding. The rooms were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. And as an added bonus, Jessica at the hotel bar, made the best dry martini! All of the comforts of home.

The staff was very helpful and were very clear and precise in their description of all aspects of our stay. When asked about printing out an important document on the hotel computer system, the reception staff bent over backwards to show me how to accomplish this, as well as scan the document, and email it back to my hotmail account. We met the cleaning staff early one morning on our way out, and they were very friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was five star, and we'll definitely be back. We had breakfast each morning at the Byward market, and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Clean and modern with excellent service and easy access to the downtown parliament buildings, the Byward Market and the Rideau Centre. Excellent value for the location and I would definitely stay there again!
