“Ottawa winter getaway!”

Stay in Ottawa once a year for a winter getaway and have stayed in quite a few different hotels. As are regular favourite was not available we opted for this new one and this will be our hotel of choice from now on!

“Watch the parking”

Hotel location is close to shopping, the market and other attractions. Our room was small but comfortable. We parked in their underground and when we came out of the hotel our GPS (which was in the glove box) had been stolen. Lesson learned - do not keep anything in the car!!

“Wouldn't hesitate to go back”

Had the room with the king bed, made it a bit tight but comfortable. Room and building were well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Excellent location in downtown Ottawa. What more could you ask for?

“Great location and superior value for your hard earned money”

While staying at the Novotel in Ottawa we have found the hotel location to be one of the best of any of the downtown hotels. Given its close proximity to the market area and the Parlement building and the Museum's. This hotel is by far the best situated for anyone trying to capture the beat of the capital of Canada.

“Great hotel for the price”

I stayed at the Novatel in downtown Ottawa. The room was clean and large enough. The location was fantastic. The free internet access was great. I will definitely look to stay there on any future visits to Ottawa.
