“Great place to stay and great service!”

Very centrally located.

“Delta Downtown Ottawa”

Furniture and fittings are very nice. However, the TV was quite old (tube, small, fuzzy) and the low point of the room was the bathroom. Although it was clean, it was also quite old (chrome fixtures cleaned down to the brass due to scouring) and very dark - once you pulled the shower curtain closed you could show a movie in the tub!

“Good Family Get Away”

We were looking for a hotel with pool with large rooms to accomodate a family of 4. This hotel provides that. Not too expensive or fancy but just what a family needs when travelling. Just steps from the Parliament buildings and within a 20 minute walk to the canal and market, you can't beat the location.

“Delta Ottawa”

The Hotel is well located; rooms are clean and confortable. Service is below my exectation. The best thing for a traveller is the welcoming smile of the hotel's staff; and the Delta staff are not the best on it.

This hotel was just as we expected from an upper class hotel. The rooms were big and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would go back!

Clean, quiet, well located hotel with nice restaurant & bar. Fitness room adequate but would benefit from more/newer equipment. TV in room worked well but could use an update.

“Excellent for a few days”

Great location at a great price and perfect if you need to stay a few days. Sure it's not the most up to date place but the amount of room in the suites makes it very comfortable. We stayed here a few years ago, again this year and we would stay again. Great value.

Hotel is in walking distance of most meeting locations on the hill and lots of restaurants scattered all about.

“very fiendly and helpful staff”

The Delta was a good location. It was within a 15 minute walk to most attractions. The staff was great with th ekids in the pool and waterslide. They were happy to give you tips on were to eat and shop. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffe maker.
