“Spectacular view of Ottawa”
Clean, Quiet, and Sapcious is the King Suite. plenty of space, cute and functional kitchenette and a spectacular view of the Ottawa River and Parliment Buildings. Underground parking for $19.95/day but worth it if you need to drive around. Overall pleasant and relaxing stay with it's own restaurant, bar and pool area. Definitely a Hotel to come back to relax and stay awhile.
“A great weekend excursion.”
One of the reasons I selected the National hotel was the location. While I did not know the environs of Ottawa, it turned out that the hotel was exactly where we wanted to be. The front desk staff, all shifts, were extremely friendly and helpful. They did not rush us and provided all that we needed. The view from our room was super!
“Belle surprise”
L'hôtel est très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le service dans les deux langues est irréprochable. La décoration n'est pas super, mais pour le reste je le recommande sans hésiter. Il est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied de l'hôtel.
“Great downtown location”
In downtown Ottawa, this hotel was great for walking to all the local attractions including Parliament Hill and the Canadian Archives. Brunch looked good but I ordered from the menu, delicious. Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. Enjoyed my visit.
“Great downtown Hotel”
The Hotel was fabulous. Fast and friendly service at the reception desk. The rooms were large and comfortable with twin beds. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The TV was old style (no wide screen) and parking was an extra fee. There was lots of underground parking. We were right downtown and only a few minutes walk from Parliament buildings. There was a Tim's right across the street.
“very impressed”
it was a very nice quiet hotel. we thought that since our room was next to the elevator we would hear alot of noice and we didn't.
“Loved this place”
The guest service here was exceptional and the locations couldn't get much better. I'll definitely go back there on my next visit.
“Nice hotel, conveniently located”
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Is located In downtown Ottawa, so Parliament and other attractions are in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
“Nice hotel and good service”
This is the first time we stayed at the Delta in Ottawa, we will certainly go back. The room was very clean and spacious. The price was right and conveinent for shopping!!
“GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, WALKING DISTANCE”
Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they have a mirror above the desk to accomodate others while trying to get ready. Highly recommend the Delta Thanks
