Great old building if a little tired, good location, comfortable room of a decent size but I HATED the pillows. They were solid and fat and prevented a good night’s sleep,

My only concern was there was no temperature control in the room. They had not turned the air conditioning on for the season. Our room was very warm. Maintenance brought a fan but it was not very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were under maintenance.

Found out the gym was closed after booking. This was disappointing. Hotel made no effort to assist with finding an alternative gym to use when I asked.

Concierge staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very good and hotel is in excellent position to explore local attactions and land marks. Especially as it snowed on the days of our stay. Natural History museum is easy walk from hotel and was also excellent.

Amazing location, the staff is professional & helpful. It's great to have the reception open 24hrs for late check in/out. The hotel is surrounded by everything you may need: dining, shopping, walking. The Hotel is undergoing renovations. I wish they would renew all the bedding & bath towels to bring them up to the standard they have. Bed mattress, bed linen & bath towels are quite worn out. Apart from that, the Hotel is great!
