“Excellent service and friendly staff!!”

We have stayed at Les Suites a few times now and love it. The staff is very accomodating and we love the location (it is one block away from the Rideau Center). Also, I love the fact that I can do my laundry in my room before returning home. It is definately our first choice in Ottawa.

Great hotel, close to all the tourist sites and bus services. Had I known that the suite had a complete full kitchen I would have taken breakfast food with us. We were a tad disappointed with the swimming pool but the dryer in the suite was a plus.

“Warm Welcome”

Due to some travel troubles, I didn't arrive in Ottawa until 1:30am. I found a courteous and helpful staff that quickly checked me into a lovely room. There were many amenities that I didn't use, but I can highly recommend this hotel for any travelers, no matter what time of night they arrive.

“An apartment sized hotel..”

Living in a small downtown apartment, staying in this hotel 2-bedroom suite, was like moving to a second apartment. The kitchen was larger than our apartment's and the rooms spacious. It was centrally located in the Market so we never needed a cab.

“Airport stayover”

The hotel is very nice and located well if your just looking for something close to the airport. Breakfast is free but not that great....although it did it's job. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. With the location close to the airport the surrounding area is great but there are a couple decent restaurants within walking distance. Its the second time I've stayed here and I would not hesitate to stay again.

We are a few minutes away from Byward market & right beside Rideau Centre mall-right in the thick of things so don't need a car.

Excellent staff, efficient and courteous. Steps from the market area and shopping. Would and have recommended Les Suites again and again.

Walking distance everywhere downtown, large pleasant room with balcony, courteous , prompt service, wery good small bistro for breakfast and lunch. Will return.
