“Very good services”
It a good place to go if you want to visit the museum in Ottawa-Gatineau, to do bicycle and roller skate. the pist is just on the side of the Hotel.
“Friendly Staff, Clean and Quiet”
The hotel was clean and very quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were also well kept.

This is an excellent hotel with a beautiful floral and water display in the lobby. There is a small store, and the pool has salt water.

This property is ideally located for visits to Parliament Hill and the surrounding area. We walked to all of the sites in that area. One typically friendly person waiting for a bus gave us a great breakfast location tip, a restaurant in the nearby Government building. It turned out to be a hit with workers going to work, good food, reasonably priced and very courteous service.

Upon reaching the hotel, I was extremely impressed. Speaking little French myself I was a bit worried that I'd have problems talking to the staff but they were completely bilingual. The room looked great, King size bed was amazing. The hotel also had secret gems like the workout gym and pool that I only discovered the last day I was there (unfortunately!). Also, FREE internet was an amazing option and I had my laptop so between that and google maps, I was set for my vacation. My only negatives about the hotel were the hidden parking fees they tacked on to your bill when you left (I think parking should be included for hotel visitors) and the fact that there is NO continental breakfast (you should definitely get full breakfast option). Also, we ordered Room service, the menu was really cheap, the food was good, but when it came to the room, the price doubled without telling you (The delivery fee was supposed to be 1.50 but it was more like 10.50). In summary, I'd go back again because it was so amazing.
“Very confortable, large nice rooms, everything OK for me.”
This hotel is not cheap, but quality is very good. I can just explain the quality of staff and room, not of food, because I ate outside. I thought however that breakfast should be include in the price of room and that they shoud make a simple continental breakfast for all customers. If somebody would like to have more choice for breakfast, it's ok for him to pay. But at minimum one breakfast before going out in the canadian cold would be ok, and inclusive in room price. Also very special kind of breakfasts. I think that hotel guest just want a normal continental breakfast with some milk, coffee and bread or eggs, not very special extravagant and expensive cuisine. The rooms are perfect, very clean and personal ist very kind and helpfull. I could recommand this hotel to somebody else but with mentionning that he has to eat elswhere.
