“Most Comfortable Bed and pillows EVER!!!!!”

The bed and pillows of this hotel were unbeleiveable. The most comfortable I have ever slept in. Coming home to my own was a complete letdown. In fact, I went to the Montreal Fourpoints and bought pillows for my home. A friend who I was travelling with has a slipped disk in her neck and sleeps with a neck brace. She slept without the brace and woke up feeling great!!!

“great place to stay”

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Too bad I stayed only one night and didn't have time to enjoy the pool. Great stay for a great price. The only thing is I still don't understand why I had to pay parking because I was staying overnight....

“Top Notch Hotel”

My family and I spent a weekend at the Four Points Gatineau and we all had a wonderful time. The room was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, the restaurant was excellent and the pool was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Gatineau/Ottawa. We are looking forward to our next trip to Ottawa and will definitely be staying at this hotel. A+++++

“Clean, comfortable, good value”

The Sheraton was clean, very comfortable and exceeding my expectations for the price. The surrounding area is beautiful and it is a 15 minute walk over the bridge to downtown Ottawa.

“Good value for the quality”

We stayed just the one night prior to a meeting we had in Ottawa. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the room very nice. The room decor was very 'Ikea'ish was was a good thing. I would definitely stay here again.

“Nice Clean Spacious”

The hotel is much easier to access with better parking than the downtown Ottawa hotels and just a short drive across the river. Clean spacious rooms with coffee makers. Would be nice to have a mini fridge but not a deal breaker. Very nice restaurant beside the restaurant called The Green Papaya had excellent Thai food. Parking is $15 a day which is normal for the area. I've stayed here before and would stay again.

“Good hotel for holiday or work”

This hotel in Gatineau is of high quality. Service was provided cheerfully and promptly. Parking was $14 per day and I wish it was more of a token for people who stay more than one night, like $5 a day. But charging for parking has become pretty standard. The hotel has a "house size" salt water pool which was well kept. Restaurent is of excellent quality. Museum of Civilization is right across the street along with it's IMAX theatre. Tourist information is just two blocks from the hotel. They were also very helpful. It was a nice walk, #about 20 minutes liesurely across the bridge# to Ottawa and the Art Gallery, a little farther to the Byward Market. Many sights, shops and great pubs.
