In the middle of Quebec and Ontario.

Posted 13-Oct-2014
Pros: Right across the street from Canadian Museum of History.
Cons: $15 for over night parking is too much, considering the super low roof and no elevator from P2 to Ground.
Location: Canadian Museum of History and Parliament hill.
The double bed is smaller than expected, which only good for one person. And my dad found the noise isolation was not good compare to the other hotel we have stayed during our trip. But overall it is a good place to stay for visiting Ottawa.

Good stay, Hotel needs upgrade

Posted 3-Oct-2014
Pros: Location is very good and convenient.
Cons: Needs room upgrade for the standards of Four points by sheraton
Location: Good location, closer to all attractions.
I picked the hotel by the Location and Sheraton brand. Every thing was ok in the room and the Hotel. Room was clean, but needs upgrade to fresh new modern look. Bathroom looks dated. this room can be good for mid range brands but not for a Sheraton brand.

Spotless and comfortable

Posted 29-Sep-2014
Stayed for one night to break up a long drive. Room was spotless and bathroom as sparkling clean as it gets. Check in was quick and efficient. Comp bottle of water in the room was nice. Bed was a tiny bit harder than I like but comfy enough. Tons of pillows and soft white linens. I had a swim in the small pool which was clean and heated. Sadly, no hot tub as I had hoped. I did not sample the restaurant but the comp coffee in the lobby on my way out in the morning was hot, fresh and tasty. Much appreciated. The location is easy in and out and 5 minutes across the bridge puts you in downtown Ottawa. Parking was $15/night. Reasonable.

Average Hotel Near Museum

Posted 3-Sep-2014
Pros: Service was good, courteous and knowledgeable.
Cons: Make it easier to park.
Location: Very nice location near the museums and close to the bridge to walk across to Ottawa and all of the attractions.
The service was good and the hotel was ok. My room was fine except there plug for my telephone charger did not work and the windows to see out of were covered with a plastic film that obscured the view. They should really remove it as the view is quite lovely of the museum and the parliment buildings. The parking lot was very crowded and difficult to get in and out.

The hotel has a perfect location for walking to

Posted 2-Sep-2014
Pros: The cleanliness and location, and staff were really good
Cons: When you add $20 for the fridge and $15 for the microwave, it price gets in the region of other hotels that might be a little better
Location: Museum of Canadian History right across the street. The Alexandria bridge is a five minute walk and after 10 minutes on the bridge, you are in Ottaw
The room I had had a very loud air conditioner, making it difficult to sleep. Also the air was very dry which cause me to wake up with a dry mouth. Probably both the same problem. The house keeping was immaculate, and the hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Do Not Rent on summer days

Posted 31-Aug-2014
Cons: AIR CONDITIONING !!!!!!
This was suppose to be a great weekend get away !!!! First we rented a deluxe king size room that was ok but when we entered the room temp. was approx. 29c., stayed there for 1 hr. temp.never went down defective air cond. So we called front desk they agreed to move us to another room. So the other room was approx. 26 c and smaller but temp. went down to 23c. with all curtains closed all day.So in short they controll the cooling and it's hell.

Good hotel; close to Ottawa.

Posted 26-Aug-2014
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff.
Cons: Parking lot gets crowded on a weekend evening. Very small spaces!
Stayed there for 2 days recently with my daughter. Good location and access to downtown Ottawa.
