“Lovely rooms!”

Stayed here for only one night. There was some construction going on in the lobby and in the hallways and such but I was aware of this at time of booking. It didn't disturb us at all. The room we stayed in was recently renovated as well and it was beautiful. No complaints and I would surely stay here again.

“Clean and attractive hotel, excellent price, warm and friendly staff”

We were pleasantly suprised by this hotel. Room was clean, large and quiet. We really enjoyed the restaurant/lounge and found the restaurant staff particularly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

“Embassy West _ Ottawa”

We have stayed here twice, both trips it was a week at a time. The hotel staff is great, the location is good, need a car though. The restaurant is as good or better than you might think! Don't order pizza from the guy that stuffs the things under the door, he is a problem!

“Very impressed”

I was really impressed with this hotel and the people. Everyone was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the price was unbeatable. We stayed here for 3 nights at the price other hotels would have charged for 2 nights and the rooms were just as nice as other places. I would go elsewhere to eat, but other than that minor detail I will be staying here when I return to Ottawa.

“Comfortable accommodations. Will stay there again”

Excellent staff, good location and easy to find (directly off hwy. 417 - Queensway). Very close to downtown Ottawa bus route. Overall I was very satisfied with the Embassy West, I have stayed there on different occassions and will continue to do so when in the Ottawa area.

“Good Value”

After reading many reviews about this hotel I was concerned it was going to be a dive. I guess going in with low expectations I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Although the elevators were on the small side we never had to wait more than 10 seconds to get one. Overall I would say great value, and just a five minute drive downtown, who could ask for anything more!!!
