“Great Value for a Short Stay”

Good Hotel for the price. It was your standard hotel, the exterior is deceiving. By the looks of it I thought it was going to be pretty run down inside. Friends stayed at Les Suites and their suite was much more up to date, but it was almost twice as much more per night. I would definatley reccomend this place for any one who thinks like i do... "I am only sleeping there." If my stay was longer than a week then i may suggest something else as I would be spending more time in the room.

Very nice hotel, its in a great location only two blocks away from Parliament. Bedroom was a great size we had a balcony, as well as a kitchen. So all the comforts of home. The front lobby service was also great, they are very friendly and helpful with info.

Great service, nice clean room. The little kitchen area was really handy. There was a balcony also. We will definitely go back!!

“Great Location .not so great place”

We were staying at the Capital Hill hotel for 2 nights in May. The location was perfect , especially since we did not have a car. Everything was at walking distance , the PH , Rideau Centre , the bus stop etc. However the hotel as such is a bit run down and drab .

“Perfect location”

The hotel is located close to everything. The rooms are big and clean, comfortable beds and access to a balcony. Front desk staff are very helpful and pleasant. The b&b café is a very convenient place for breakfast, I would suggest to try it.

the hotel is highly recommended for cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of staff not to mention the closeness (walking distance) to some of the sites/attractions of the city.

“Friendly service and great location”

We stayed at this hotel recently and fwould highly recommend it. We found the staff friendly and very helpful. The location is great as you can walk to many of the sight and restaurants you would naturally be seeking out. finally, our room was great and met our needs completely - in particular because we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a suite with full kitchen facilities. Worth a visit!

right down town Ottawa, can't beat the location for its price, better than any hotels I have stayed in Europe, will do again, on a weeks holiday Highly recommended, love the city, very friendly people
