“Convenient, Spacious and Affordable!”
Great hotel at a very low price! Staff very helpful, rooms very comfortable and equipped. 2 tvs, kitchen, dining table, desk, couch and chairs to hang out in... very very satisfied!

This hotel is walking distance from all the major downtown tourist attractions. 2 blocks from Parliament hill. Safe, friendly staff.

It was easy to find, right downtown and within walking distance of many of Ottawa's attractions. Our room was large and very clean, although a little dated. But the beds were really comfortable and I thought it to be pretty good value for the price.
“Very satisfactory”
The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and there is free wireless in all the rooms and lobby. I think it's a good hotel if you're in and out during the day, and there are a lot of coffee shops and eating places around the hotel.

Although this hotel was old I found it to be clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The only downside is the parking. Not enough parking for the size of the hotel.
