“Nice, comfortable stay”

Located near major highways in a commercial area with various types of restaurants and shopping. Courteous staff. Parking right outside of room in back of hotel with patio door access was convenient.

“Quiet and comfortable”

Was surprised at the quiet and comfort of this hotel, situated as it is on busy Richmond Road. Beds excellent, very clean bathroom, nice to have a fridge in the room, free WiFi etc. Very convenient to highways, gas stations and shopping. Only comment is the bathroom door was swollen and would not close - reported it to the front desk on departure. Also the first floor ice machine was not working; I went upstairs to the 2nd floor which worked fine.

“affordable quality”

Stayed at this hotel from the 16th to the 19th of August and was quite satisfied with it. We visited attractions that were nearby and were not that interested in staying downtown on this visit, so it worked out well. I found this hotel to be a good value. Amenities were better than satisfactory and free internet were great for my kids. Lee at the front desk was great and I have to give a special thanks to her for making our stay as smooth as it was. :)

“Very Impressed!”

We stayed at this hotel during a hockey tournament. We were unsure if we needed the second night (depended on hockey games), so we checked out and they assured us if we checked back in we'd get same rate. I was a little wary of this, since we booked through Expedia, but when we checked back in, they had written a note so whoever was working would know. The pool was quite large! The pool and hot tub area was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to us. The rest of our team was at a Holiday Inn that they paid much more for, and I enjoyed our hotel so much more for a better price! My only complaint is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Would definitely stay there again!

“Nice, comfortable hotel with friendly staff”

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was relatively well kept. Our room was clean and staff was accomodating. The dining room/lounge, fitness and swimming pool are a great feature to offer guests. Internet service is also available. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Ottawa.

Our stay was a pleasant surprise. Good value for this area, we would stay there again. My kids loved the pool.

The hotel and room were in good condition. Service was friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our bill the manager quickly fixed it. The price was a bit steep considering the location and style of the hotel, I think that charging $10/extra person and then $20 for our cat was a bit steep. However, the location accepted pets, was clean, had courteous staff and was 5 minutes from where I needed to be in Ottawa. My parents plan on staying there again when they come to visit.

The staff is great. The hotel is affordable and just off of 2 highways making it perfect for us. Great Italian restaurant just across the street and a grocery store just down the road.

Pleasant hotel close to a lot of attractions and local eateries. Pool and suana were relaxing.
