“Best bang for the buck.”

The hotel is very nice. The ambience, furniture and comfort are excellent. Is very close to almost anything - parliament, the malls, the pubs, clubs, etc. I truly enjoyed it. I spent a lot of time in the room and I have no complains.

We were there for 3 nights in August. Very helpful staff, very close to many attractions, and a small but very well kept room. Overall a great experience. We are already planning our next trip and would definitely stay again.

very impressed with all the services and professionalism of hotel staff. well located for business travellers, and a short cab distance to market area for good reataurants and nightlife. Make sure to request when reserving a room with a view...I have been unluckey enough to have brick walls facing me 2 stays in a row. I would recommend this hotel, rooms are very well equipped and beds are as comfortable as they come.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was small but very cozy. It was very beautiful and the hotel is in the heart of downtown so it is easy to get anywhere by walking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for a "mini-getaway" and it was fabulous! Sparkling wine at check-in and great service. We stayed in a deluxe king and it was very nice. Bathroom was a little small--but otherwise very spacious. We ordered room-service for breakfast and it was fantastic. It was delivered hot, and right on time for a very decent price.

“Great service in a very very good hotel”

The staff treated us like royalty on our weekend away. They gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The entire vibe of the hotel is very nice. Room was good and clean(King). I have been in more comfortable rooms for the same price, but in larger cities. No complaints about it, but it's not the absolute best. Could walk to almost everything of interest. But I can not stress enough how great the staff were! We got a free drink in the hotel restaurant that was great because of our anniversary, and the food there is very good. The atmosphere is awesome as well.

I enjoyed every minute of it from services to furnitures. I paid a special rate on Labour Day Weekend and I walked out extremely satisfied. I really enjoyed the proximity to the Hill and how they cater every guests with a professional and laid back manner. I would for sure go again and again.

I enjoyed this hotel. It is relatively inexpensive for the downtown location. It's close to everything I needed downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
