This hotel is a gem. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful to vacationers. The room was very comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated. You are able to walk to Parliament Hill and other attractions easily. I would stay here again.

We always struggle with not staying with large hotel chains, but ratings, reviews and price were good, so we gave this a try and will never think twice about staying again. Beautiful, clean and very comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds and furniture, full kitchen with all the necessities. There is so much space, it really feels like a home away from home. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 minutes, neighborhood felt safe, lots of restaurants near by. Great find, highly recommend giving this hotel a try, it will be where we stay every time we go to Ottawa in the future.

We had a beatiful suite with 2 bathrooms, lounge with dining area and adjoining study, bedroom with queen bed and a very well equipped kitchen. My husband and I have travelled widely and this is the best suite hotel we have stayed in and is certainly terrific value for money.

Very satisfied with the hotel. The elevators were slow since there were so many people at the hotel on the weekend we stayed there. Parking in the underground garage was a problem since it was so busy and the driveway through the garage is so tight. Our minivan just barely made some of the corners to get down there.

We have stayed at a number of hotels in Ottawa and must say that this was one of the better ones in terms of the set up of the suite, comfort of the rooms and conditions of the hotel. The fitness centre was very well equipped and being on the upper floor, provided a good view. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Having the 24 hour convenience store next door and accessible from the hotel was a real benefit. It was well stocked with a variety of items. Would recommend upper floors if you are a light sleeper as it would put more distance between your room and the street traffic on the south side of the hotel.
