“fantastic suite!”
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and I can't recommend it enough. While it is a little bit outside of the "action" (as much action as there is in Ottawa) it's still within walking distance of many attractions. I was in town for business on Bank street, and the location was great. While it's a little deserted at night, as a single woman, I still felt comfortable walking alone. The full kitchen is beautiful, and I was happy to take advantage of it. While there is a pillow menu available (!!!) I didn't find the need for it, as the pillows on the bed were so comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel. It's a great price, and just as nice as the other "suite" hotels in the area.
“Impressed”
We thought the hotel was very nice. Most impressive. Large rooms and very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
“Clean and spacious”
This hotel is a big surprise. I am happy that i book our stay to this hotel. We stayed in one bedroom suite and bedroom is spacious with 2 queen beds and linen/pillows are comfortable. There is living/dining area with sofabed and the kitchen is kitchen with stove/pot and pans , cutleries and refrefirator. There is even a small room for ironing if need to. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.
“Albert At Bay Suite Hotel are the best”
Love the big space in livingroom/diningroom. Beautiful colors and decorated. Very comforting. I will go back again.
“Will return”
Very comfortable suite and clean. Would definitely go back. Had a great deal via Expedia.ca. If you need to park, you have to first go to reception and get your room card key in order to open the garage doors!! Other than that, excellent.
“Loved it”
The whole family loved it. Our 2 beds suite was very cozy and well designed. Flat screen in the living, flat screen in the room. The beds and pillows were clean and very confortable. And it was less expensive than most of the hotels around. Highly recommended.
“Expensive Parking”
Like most hotels in Ottawa the parking was too expensive. Aside from that this was a good place to stay.
“we will revisit back !!”
We did enjoy our stay at this hotel !! while visiting 2 days in Ottawa at the end of Oct !!!!! and for the price !! i would rate this hotel as 5 star..... From service to the suits size and comfort . It was a pleasant atmosphere to stay and chill .
“Great Stay”
Staye in a suite on the 11th floor November 4-6th. It was absolutely fantastic! The unit was very large and had everything you would possibly need while staying for a few nights. Staff were more than helpful and offered lots of good advice about getting to where we needed to go. Small shop next store and a bus stop out front. Will stay here the next time I visit Ottawa!
“Very Nice”
The room was suprisingly HUGE. For the price that I got, I was extremely suprised and very pleased with the hotel room (I got the basic of the basic hotel room). It was clean, and had everything that you needed. The location was ok. It was a 10 minute walk from the Parliament and a 15 minute walk from Byward Market. The immediate surrounding areas was dead on the weekends (I'm assuming that because it was the Financial District that it is more lively during the week). Anyways, my boyfriend and I had a pleasurable experience and we would stay here again.
