Convenient, coffee machine availability. Was surprised that Monday’s reservation bill was $30 more than what I booked the previous day, but I was way too tired when I checked in to question it.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She made us feel welcomed. The end tables beside the bed show signs of wear and tear . The rug appeared to be old and outdated.

Bed needed to be replaced. Halls smelled musty, but room was fine. Hotel was clean. No one at desk when I was checking out, so couldn’t get my bill.

Everything was broken..
Booked in for a hockey tournament. Fitness room and pool were closed for the entire stay. Elevator was broken for last two days of our stay, so we had to haul hockey gear and suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. Staff was friendly, but when everything's broken, it doesn't matter.

My initial room absolutely stunk of smoke. I requested to change. So they happily moved me and were very pleasant with me. However, the tub in my 2nd room wouldn’t drain and the faucet is continuously leaking.

This may not be the properties fault, but when we got there we were charged an additional $17-18 in local fees. When booking through Expedia these fees are not included. If we had booked through the Best Western site, they would have been included. The staff member was very abrasive and non-sympathetic about describing why the additional fee was required. Also, we booked a room for 5 people. We didn't have enough towels or cups in the room and had to request more. They provided 2 coffee servings, one decaf and one regular. Yes, you can ask for more stuff, but it just seemed a bit like they were trying to minimize expenses, rather than making things convenient for their guests. The weekend breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff friendly. The hotel was clean. The pool was quite nice.

Room felt like a dungeon. Not hot water. Tv didn’t work. Tried to over charge me for smoking in a room that has strong smoke scent upon checking in. Extremely poor management with no skill in how to develop employees. Employee must be thinking” I don’t want to go to work at this place and I don’t enjoy my job” over heard them saying this. Hooker scam running on 1st floor. Drug dealers in and out side door. This place is a s show. Stay and you’ll see

This site is getting old. We see it by the ceramic tiles and the grout falling apart. Carpet in my bedroom was smelling bad. The curtain system is not efficient and we see light all around. Small size of bathroom is from another time. It's time for an overall of this place. However, the breakfast amazed me. The high tech coffee machine with all the choices (Latte...cappuccino, american, expresso,...) this was my best moment of the day. The breakfast menu was very impressive with the omelettes fresh made at your taste, same for the eggs. Two waffle machines with tasty doe mix and a very smiling personnel serving you and helping you all the time. Place was very clean with all the flat screen TV (4) giving you the news, weather and so on. This moment was really appreciated.

Easy access to Hwy 401. Please consider putting the TV cable box on the right ide of the TV. The TV power is on the lower right side of the screen. It makes sense that the cable box is right beside it for changing channels.

This hotel is clean, the beds were comfortable, and lots of nice quick food options in the same plaza. Some negative points which will stop us from returning, they charge extra fees to guests who book through Expedia, this is a hidden fee that you must pay out of pocket when you arrive, only one luggage cart so unlikely you’ll get to use it, many small stairs making it not very useful if you did and the cleaning crew knocked on our door an hour and a half before check out. The hot breakfast has to be cooked fresh by one cook, so it’s very good but can take a long time to reach the front of the line and breakfast ends at 9am. Overall the hotel is fine just be prepared for a lot of minor inconveniences and surprises.
