Property was clean and staff were very friendly. There was a worker strike so they were short staffed but the people working did a great job managing. Breakfast was not great. Maybe try a different egg mix, have a variety of fruit and some gluten free options if possible.

Everything was great. One difficulty was that the power outlets by the bed were a bit finicky- i was worried my gadgets wouldn't charge

I found the stuff very helpful and professional. There was a snowstorm and they allowed me to check in really early, which I thought was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Hotel and rooms were very clean. There were a lot of food options close by. I find holiday inns really pricey nowadays. But was really happy with my stay.

Good location and not too loud even though near the highway. Very clean and spacious, comfortable rooms. I wish there was an indoor pool or a hot tub.

The room was fine, our only complaint was the elevator could be heard all night. Kept waking me up. Dont take any room close to the elevator.

It was place for myself and sisters who do not live close to one another to meet for a few days to catch up and just relax. The staff most accommodating right done to advising we could the dining room tables in the evening to play cards. We are going to book a room every 2 months with this hotel to meet. Excellant location and staff.

Overall the room was nicely updated and very clean. I’ve stayed in rooms where the bed and pillows were more comfortable, however, it was still quite satisfactory. It was a pleasant stay.
