“Great location, clean and friendly hotel”

this hotel was in a great location - two blocks away from the major shopping area. staff was very courteous and hotel rooms were very clean.

Good points of hotel - Very clean and quiet. Front desk personels very helpful. Provided good information and helped us write down translations for cab drivers. Maids did good job. Hotel location is great - right in the center of shopping and eating destinations and close to subway. It may be a bit cramp at the bathroom...if you are an above average size - I am 5' 3", I found the bathroom cramp. I have to get out of the bathroom to put on my clothes. It was not most convenient as I was sharing a room with a friend in the twin bed room.

Perfect location. Very clean and quiet. Pleasant, helpful staff. I had a semi-double for myself, which was still quite compact by international standards, but seems to be normal in Japan. I'll gladly stay here again.

Excellent hotel parallel to the main street in Nanba which offers boutique style shopping and a train station less than 3 minutes walk away. Across the road is the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade which spans for more than 5 blocks and has plenty of stores for everyone - be sure you check out the duty free shops and chemists along this arcade as you can pick up a real bargain in these stores. The staff were extremely helpful with translations, bookings and directions and were polite and went out of their way to help all the time. The room itself is cosy with all the basics - beds, fridge, kettle, shower/bath, toilet etc. Free (and fast) internet is also available in the room which is a huge plus as you can look up places you want to explore without being charged the exorbitant that other hotels these days charge. Overall very very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely book again for our next trip to Osaka.

J'y ai passé cinq nuits au mois d'août 2010, je suis tout à fait satisfait et j'y retournerai sans hésiter la prochaine fois. Le personnel est aimable et même s'ils ne parlent pas tous anglais, on arrive toujours à se faire comprendre. L'hotel est vraiment bien situé, en plein coeur de la ville, dans le quartier branché et à cinq minutes à pied de Dotombori. La station de métro Shinsaibashi est très proche, prendre les sorties 7 ou 8 pour être au plus près de l'hotel. Les chambres sont très propres et le ménage fait tous les jours par des personnes aimables. Attention pour les personnes qui ne sont jamais allées au Japon: les chambres sont très petites MAIS C'EST AINSI PARTOUT AU JAPON, donc pas d'étonnement. De la même façon, je conseille vivement de prendre une "chambre double" c'est à dire avec un lit de 140cm de large (considéré comme grand là-bas) et surtout pas une "semi-double" (avec des lits de 110/120 de large). Ce sonseil est valable pour tout le pays aussi.

easily accessible from C-7 exit of Sinsaibashi station. Just be careful for very small sign, we ended up doping a loop of the block trying to find it. Room was small but clean and beds were comfortable. Well stocked with toiletries. Great resturant downstairs and also nearby. Good shopping. Love to go back

the room is very clean, the location is very near to the subway station, the staff are professional and polite but very limited for conversation in english. over all, the best place for the price.

Location is good, near Shinsaibashi station, although the room is small but it's clean. I will stay here when I come Osaca next time.
